The owner is so nice and helpful. I came in for my car to be looked at due to a noise and she had her mechanic look at it and found the problem they did not try and tell me something different to get money out of me. they are very reasonable in price as well. i will return for future great service and pricing.

Bruh they said the moto RAZR has 2 days worth of power. Phone dies in just 1 day of being used. They said it was a 700 dollar phone so when I upgraded 300 dollars was cheap. Turns out it's a 500 dollar phone. Texting and message problems. We got finessed and we are poor working at Walmart.

Our AC went out on the way down to visit family in Plant City. Our 2006 Toyota Sienna is not worth as much as we were quoted by a local dealer to fix it. We love this van so we looked around some more and Plant City Automotive quoted considerably less to fix it. Also, Holly seemed extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions. We took it in and once it was done, it was UNDER QUOTE!! Who does that?? We were thrilled. It's been over a week now and that AC is ice cold!! Thank you so much!

My 2004 GMC Yukon Denali needed a new upper control arm, and I was not up to the task like I was when I was young. All the other shops insisted on replacing both sides. Tony agreed that if only one side needed to be done he'd do it. Part was twice what I could have gotten it for on-line but hey, he needs to make a buck and has to stand behind it. I got an oil change while I was there. In at 8 and out by 11. Good honest shop.

As a woman- we sort of fear getting jipped by a mechanic- let's be real- we know how to turn the car on and put gas- so here is my story of my experience with the awesome people at Plant City Automotive. So I was totally desperate! I have a 2016 CRV- that was giving me horrible electrical and brake problems. My gear did not let me shift it out of park unless I manually released it with a metal straw and all the lights on the exterior of my car would not light up including the turning signals. Totally not safe- especially driving on the 4 and the 75- let's not forget driving in the not so lit up areas in FL. I went to Brandon Honda the day before where they said I needed new tires and maintenance- which was true- I drove from CA to FL last year and that was a rough trip pulling a UHaul. So I go and they gave me the price to change the tires and the maintenance which came out to $735- I was not planning on changing my tires just yet- my immediate issue were my lights. I couldn't drive to work or at night- at the risk of getting killed or killing someone. After waiting 4 hours- the person at Brandon Honda- said they couldn't do a diagnostic on my car but they could do everything else. So I'm down $735- and still no lights. The next day- I called off of work- super worried that fixing my car would cost me thousands at Brandon Honda- I decided to look up someone local to me since I didn't want to drive. I ran across Plant City Automotive. I pulled right up and was greeted kindly by the owner. I told him the issue and without hesitation he was like, 'Ok, pull her in' This didn't feel like a usual mechanic visit. The owner was super cool with me and we had a great conversation about my move to Florida while his mechanic was fiddling with my brakes and my fuses. In 5 minutes the mechanic was like, 'Okay, I fixed your brake problem' oh thank God!! Next the lights. Well after trial and error and a few burnt out fuses- he said it has to be electrical. And I was like- wait. 'I've been having problems ever since I had the wiring done for the UHaul Trailer.' Sure enough the mechanic popped open my back lights and sure enough I had gotten a hack job at UHaul that had screwed the electrical in my car. He pulled out all the wiring and replaced the fuses and just like that I had my baby back! Now for the real test- how much was this going to cost me. The owner took me into his little office and said, 'I'm not gonna charge you for parts- just an hour of labor- $100 sounds good' I wanted to jump for joy because literally that's all I had to my name until payday. I swiped my card and off I went. The owner has a customer for life. No more Brandon Honda- next I need brakes or anything else you can bet I'm going to Plant City Automotive! I meant to write this review a few weeks ago- but life gets busy!

Must share: I'm kinda blown away right now cuz I'm feeling good energy at a car repair place...what Universe is this?!?! Caught me by surprise. This is my 2nd time dealing with Plant City Automotive ( since we moved here. Both times I've had fast, quality, fairly priced experiences. The sign in their wall ain't lying. How refreshing.

Wow. Fastest service ever. I gave them a couple to double check what I think the issue may be. The owner told me to come on in and they'll get me checked. That's exactly what happened. Within 3 minutes, my care was lifted and being checked by the owner. Wow!!!! I've never had faster service.

Was is town on business & needed an oil change & alignment. Tony not only gave me a ride back to work but also arranged for a ride to pick me up so I could pickup my truck when it was finished. Real stand-up guy running a top-notch business! Would definitely recommend!

After my daughter took her car to a backyard mechanic to have a relatively minor repair done it barely ran and was smoking. I had not been to Plant City Automotive but I'd heard things about them so we headed over there. We knew the car was pretty sick and it didn't take Tony very long to diagnose the problem and also found several other problems but the good thing was he prioritized how we could fix them. He told us what the most important was and he fixed that for us quite well. I was really impressed with the honesty and the fact that they didn't try to upsell you or so you things you didn't need. Holly who works the front desk is a delight and really kept us updated on the progress on our car. Finding a mechanic that is honest and not trying to sell you things you don't need is a rare find I plan on sticking with Plant City Automotive with all of our cars. If you want an honest capable mechanic... Tony at Plant City Automotive is the place to go.
