Be prepared for a long wait!Dropped off a prescription at 1030 & was told "come back at 1230". I came back at 130 just to make sure it would be ready. No. Closed for lunch until 2 o'clock. Wait in a line behind 4 people. Medicine still not ready, "come back in 30 minutes". I came back in an hour. Then got to stand in a line behind 7 people. Finally received my prescription at 3 o'clock. This store is sparsely stocked and not very clean so didn't really want to "shop" while I waited (plus, I'd lose my place in the LONG line!)

My experience is superb every single time that I visit this CVS pharmacy at James L Redman Parkway. Noah, the amazing tech, is phenomenal and efficient. He not only refers to me by name but also makes me feel welcome like I’m family every time. Thank you Noah for making my trip such a pleasure!

I have had nothing but trouble with this CVS since I moved to Plant City. Medicaid doesn't deal with Winn Dixie anymore and I just recently moved to Plant City to take care of my 84 year old mother and my 60 year old brother. I have got the run around everytime I tried to fill a prescription

The pharmacy here is beyond ridiculous. I am beyond myself. When someone is sick, they need medication and this PHARMACY and pharmacist doesn’t care. Consumer beware at all costs. I will be filing a complaint with corporate

The pharmacists here are completely garbage. I've been waiting days for my psych meds and all I can get told is well we will get to them when we can. That's not how psych meds work and with them(spoke to two different pharmacists in 2 days) being in the medical industry you would think they would know better. I don't suggest anyone to go to this location for anything unless you don't care when or if you receive the meds you're prescribed.

Ive been going to the one on JL Redman in Plant City for years now. Maybe I missed out on the Indian lady because there's an Indian man there now who's very nice. The biggest problem I think they have there is keeping staff. Seems like every time I go there there's different people behind the counter. Sometimes the pharmacist is there by his self doing the best he can. The one near the hospital is the slow one as far as I'm concerned.

Went in today looking for ear drops. The place looked dingy and dirty. There's a 112 heat index and was quite hot in this store compared to others in the plaza. I did find what I needed for a significant markup compared to Walmart, Publix, Walgreens or Amazon. Unfortunately they were out of stock and I needed this item today. The pharmacy was closed, presumably for lunch, it was around 1:30/1:45pm. The checkout was empty with a sign that reads "push this button for service" otherwise there was a self checkout station. The aisles were a bit of a mess missing whole sections of product while others were well stocked. The carpets were stained and probably contributed to the odd smell of the store. Everything just felt dark inside, like not all the lights were working. I won't be coming back to this location. I realize not all CVS stores are like this but this one is definitely one of the worst I've ever been to. 2 stars simply for being one of the only stores to have the product I needed today.

The slowest pharmacy around. They didn't do my refill when requested then I had to sit in the drive thru for 28 minutes behind 2 cars to receive it the next day. If my insurance allowed it I would never come here again.

The pharmacy (store) is not so bad but the company is quite awful. After getting my medications delivered to my home for three months I made the mistake of paying for a whole year of delivery through "Carepass". Now a month later, when I try to order my medications again the website says that my address is not a residential place and they cannot deliver there. Called the pharmacy and they didn't help me, just gave the help center phone number, called the help center and they say that I must call my local pharmacy. No one helps me, no one want to give me back my money, the one I paid for a whole year of delivery. Do not pay for Carepass, do not make my mistake, they do not care at all. If they failed me with such a small problem why should anyone trust then with something more serious, like your health? FCVS.

Pharmacy is honestly the worst, can't call out problematic employees due to most not having name tags on. Went today to get my second Covid shot after being told last time that no appointment is needed to be scheduled for the second shot and got yelled at by the old man at the pharmacy about how they never mess up. Definitely don't recommend giving a company like this any unnecessary business until they learn to respect customers.
