Dear CVS pharmacy staff,I cannot use a computer or drive due to epilepsy. I'm currently still on hold and no one has even ? had the courtesy to acknowledge. Epilepsy is one of the unseen disabilities and is covered by ADA, but what do you do in this case?

I stopped using CVS MANY years ago the quality of customer care was poor and always felt treated rudly by the employees! I took my businesses to Walgreens and have been with them my adult life. My job switched our health insurance and if I wanted to stay in network I needed to transfer my scripts over to cvs. I was hesitant but did so.... after a week of trying g to call to see if my thyroid medicine was ready and no lie on night being on an endless hold for 46 mins I told my husband we would just need to go there to see if ready. We went inside and I spoke with the women in regards to my script she mentioned she had nothing. I let her know I spoke with walgreens and because the transferred them I had to come to them. I then asked her if they answered there phones after everal nights sitting on an endless hold!!! Just by the way she looked over at her coworker I couldn't believe it!! A pharmacy who let's there customers sit on an endless hold I was beyond disbelief and stated in 2023 they couldn't place a message for customers to go to there pharmacy with questions but to place us on hold.. it has been 3 weeks and I wish I would have stayed with walgreens or any other pharmacy ad this is no way to treat people. What is my health to them being they won't even answer the. Phone or put a message out to there customers just means to me they don't care.... what if this was their medicine, or there parents or child's

A smile goes a long way. They really know how to give you just enough space to shop but smile at the same time.

This pharmacy has to be the worst. Your doctor calls in a script for you and gets a conformation and they say they never got it. Then when the doctor's office has to call back with the confirmation number , they say oh yea here it is. Then I find out it has to be ordered., but get this when I called the next day. They have some pills but enough to fill my script, now I can take that number which is way short of the month ordered by the doctor. This is the first pharmacy I have ever known that would not give you what they have and then when the rest comes in they will fill the balance of your script. Then they tell me because they had some pills in stock that the system did not order the pills and the pharmacist just made a mistake. Yea after talking to me and then my doctor she made a mistake a just did not want to order so I would have to wait. That is typical of these people. People if you want a pharmacy that cares go to FAMILY CARE PHARMACY.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever used but unfortunately it's plant city so it's the only 24hr pharmacy around. Be ready for them to lie to you, not have your script ready (even when you call ahead), berate you, and claim they don't have your meds in stock (another lie). Simple scripts seem beyond the ability of these "pharmacists" to fill.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I've lived in Plant City almost 20 years and I've never had a good experience at the CVS pharmacy. They tell you one thing on the phone and then another thing when you get there. It always took several trips and phone calls to fill my birth control. The same prescription every month and there was always a problem. I've dropped off prescriptions with a promise that they would be done at a certain time and I come back and they tell me the next day. This last time, I signed up for a Covid booster online and they when I arrived I was told I wasn't eligible because of my age. The website asked me my age. If you want to buy overpriced sunscreen or cosmetics, fine, but I would never use the pharmacy here. I will do my best to never come back here again.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PHARMACY!! OR ANY CVS PHARMACY. There are always problems. My kids have been getting prescriptions filled here for 4 years. 4 years they had 1 insurance, it changed 3 1/2 years agO. Every time I go to get a prescription they tell me the insurance is NO good. they get the same prescriptions filled every single month. The insurance has not changed in 3 1/2 years. So you get the text your prescriptions are ready, you go, they tell you oh they are not ready, tell you itll be another hour, you leave you come back then they tell you oh, your insurance is not good, so they figure it out an tell you, you need to go to the back of the line or come back later because Now they have to redo it all. but they have to take care of other customers first. Heres a thought take care of the customer you've been working on for 3 days. How about that!!! They get attitudes with you because you are upset it ALWAYS takes at least 2 trips and several hours to get the prescription. It takes longer to get the prescription filled then it does to make an appointment go see the doctor and get the prescription prescribed and sent over. If my insurance would allow me to use any other pharmacy I would.

Supposed to be a 24 hour pharmacy, but when I drove up to the drive through window at 10:30pm last night, it was closed. There was a brown piece of cardboard in the window with the word "closed" written in sharpie. Classy. The store's lit-up signage on the front still says "24 hours." In dry erase marker, listed on the pharmacy window, I could barely make out "9am - 10pm." Might as well switch to Publix - same hours, better service. I would have stayed with CVS for the 24 hour convenience, but that was the only selling point and now it's gone.

Worst Pharmacy Ever. 3 days after dropping off script- it still was not ready. When I said to give it back to me - the guy comes back & says the Pharmacist is doing it now. ( insert Eye Roll) Finally get it - the directions are completely Wrong. If we followed the directions my husband would have been in the ER We called the Dr to get the Right instructions. Run Far Far Away from them

This place is awful. Horrible customer service. Prescriptions are never ready when you finally get waited on, even when they have sent a text telling you it is ready. When it is ready it takes them forever to find it. They are way too busy, and not interested in providing decent service.

This place is just awful. I came here with my dad to get medicine for my mom and they said "we have the stuff we will start making it and it will be done in about 10-15 Minutes", 25 Minutes later they haven't even started yet. I would not recommend this store due to the staffs general incompetence at their jobs, but also laziness.

Congratulations CVS for coming up with the most idiotic anti customer program yet. Going in to get my LIFE dependent meds I am now told you have a NEW system where customers are nothing but numbers and not names any longer; and since this fantastic, wonderful, new system was down I could not get my LIFE DEPENDENT meds that I am almost out of and called in several hours earlier. Whoever came up with this wonderful new and improved system should not be anywhere near customers ever. So dear CVS since I am just a number to you I have a number I'll give you. That number is 0; as in $0, as in the amount I am ever spending with you again after over 25 years of loyalty spending well over $10k a year with you. I will be having all my prescriptions transferred tomorrow and you can think the idiot who came up with this system for the loss in business. As a businessman, if he worked for me I would start deducting every dollar list from his or her pay list going forward.
