Rating this a 1star because one of the workers had an attitude for no reason and CLEARLY wanted to have an argument. Me and my sister walked in a jolly mood to walk around and see what we needed, we walked in the same direction where the makeup aisle (This was our first time in this store) when all of a sudden a worker approached us and said something like “don’t make a mess/take makeup like ya’ll did last time” we were confused because we never been in that cvs before so we just looked at her and said nothing, then my sister said “what are you talking about?” And the worker said WITH ATTITUDE “exactly what I just told you”, anyway she kept yapping bout stuff and said “since y’all wanna have attitude y’all can get out of my store “ me and my sister were like “you’re the one having attitude”. We decided to leave after all that because she was doing too much . She was clearly being stereotypic, just because we have makeup on walking to the makeup aisle which we didn’t know was located there, she thinks has the right to approach us like that? I think not.

The absolute rudest imcompetent pharmacist, it’s actually scarey . Then bring in store manager Stacy bully who gets involved. As I’ve read other reviews. It’s common horrible experience at this cvs . Called corporate they do not care . O stars . Dangerous pharmacy & staff . Disrespectful & threatening. But there are dozens of people w same experience. Pharmacy needs to close . Very sad

I love my CVS, the cashier at the front is super helpful and friendly. She helped me pay with my Venmo app, and she always helps me access my points for in store deductions. She is the best!

Pharmacy was prompt in filling the call-in prescriptions for my mother, who had the flu. They had one remaining and the pharmacy receptionist acted rudely like I was intruding on her time because I asked to pay for all at one time when the final prescription was filled.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location should be closed down. The pharmacy at this location is Beyond disgusting, and completely incapable which is a waste of space and company resources.
The pharmacist manager jojo is discriminatory, and completely disrespectful. He is getting paid way too much money to be so disrespectful and to hate his job so much - dealing with the general public.
Consumer beware of this location. Go ANYWHERE else

I have been using this CVS for about 5 years. I have regular prescriptions and so do my dogs, so I'm here a lot, at least twice a month. I have noticed a significant decline in the customer service in the last year both with the pharmacists and the pharmacy techs. They used to have some really nice pharmacy techs, but they have left. The replacements are really unpleasant. Maybe this pharmacy is a horrible place to work. This particular store seems to have to order medications alot. There was a medication that was on backorder that I never did get and had to fill it elsewhere. I also recently waited a week for a medication they had to order for my dog (a very common glaucoma eye drop so I don't know why they didn't have it) and they could not tell me when they would get it. I tried to transfer the prescription to Walgreen's, but the Walgreen's pharmacist called over twice to request they FAX over the prescription, but pharmacist Bob didn't/wouldn't FAX it over. I finally had to ask my vet office call in a new prescription to Walgreen's rather than continue to fight with CVS. Walgreen's filled the prescription the same day. Pharmacy tech Linda gets special mention as the grouchiest person on the pharmacy staff. She should not be working with the public. I have tangled with her a few times. I don't know what her problem is because I am polite, but God forbid if you question the price and try to use a cash discount card. She's having none of it. I am sure I am not the only person who has had a problem with her. She is driving business away from this store. They have lost me as a customer. I have had it with this CVS Pharmacy and will transfer my prescriptions to my local Walgreen's. The staff and pharmacists are really nice there and I never have a hassle filling prescriptions there.

They are very rude. Never have your meds I have had 2 come back 4 to 5 times. I pay 70 a week for insurance . My meds cost 4.96 thru insurance but they want me to pay 30 for the same meds otc, here it is a month later still I have no meds and Noah the pharmacy technician has bad customer service as well as yelling out the names of people medicine out loud I will not and do not recommend anyone 2 go to this rx . I miss Walmart and hate that my insurance company changed from Cignato UMR thisstore SUCKKKKK. I went to the store manager and as I am talking to her she is backing up from me not wanting to listen then says I am rude... no I may talk loud, lady I was never rude.

I switched to CVS because my insurance prefers them. Cheaper for sure. Customer service is absolutely horrible. This is my 3rd month using them. Going back to Publix and am going to pay a little more. Every time I am at CVS pharmacy I leave feeling like I bothered them and have a headache!!
