I have been using this CVS for about 5 years. I have regular prescriptions and so do my dogs, so I'm here a lot, at least twice a month. I have noticed a significant decline in the customer service in the last year both with the pharmacists and the pharmacy techs. They used to have some really nice pharmacy techs, but they have left. The replacements are really unpleasant. Maybe this pharmacy is a horrible place to work. This particular store seems to have to order medications alot. There was a medication that was on backorder that I never did get and had to fill it elsewhere. I also recently waited a week for a medication they had to order for my dog (a very common glaucoma eye drop so I don't know why they didn't have it) and they could not tell me when they would get it. I tried to transfer the prescription to Walgreen's, but the Walgreen's pharmacist called over twice to request they FAX over the prescription, but pharmacist Bob didn't/wouldn't FAX it over. I finally had to ask my vet office call in a new prescription to Walgreen's rather than continue to fight with CVS. Walgreen's filled the prescription the same day. Pharmacy tech Linda gets special mention as the grouchiest person on the pharmacy staff. She should not be working with the public. I have tangled with her a few times. I don't know what her problem is because I am polite, but God forbid if you question the price and try to use a cash discount card. She's having none of it. I am sure I am not the only person who has had a problem with her. She is driving business away from this store. They have lost me as a customer. I have had it with this CVS Pharmacy and will transfer my prescriptions to my local Walgreen's. The staff and pharmacists are really nice there and I never have a hassle filling prescriptions there.

They are very rude. Never have your meds I have had 2 come back 4 to 5 times. I pay 70 a week for insurance . My meds cost 4.96 thru insurance but they want me to pay 30 for the same meds otc, here it is a month later still I have no meds and Noah the pharmacy technician has bad customer service as well as yelling out the names of people medicine out loud I will not and do not recommend anyone 2 go to this rx . I miss Walmart and hate that my insurance company changed from Cignato UMR thisstore SUCKKKKK. I went to the store manager and as I am talking to her she is backing up from me not wanting to listen then says I am rude... no I may talk loud, lady I was never rude.

I switched to CVS because my insurance prefers them. Cheaper for sure. Customer service is absolutely horrible. This is my 3rd month using them. Going back to Publix and am going to pay a little more. Every time I am at CVS pharmacy I leave feeling like I bothered them and have a headache!!

Rude woman with dyed red hair. They always say they don’t have my RX when I work at the know for a fact they were sent because I work for the doctor and can see it successfully sent. Had to send to a different location.

Giving 1 star because zero isn't an option when giving a review. There are 2 employees who are nice and try to help, but the male pharmacist could care less about the negative impact his bad attitude has. When a doctor writes a script for a cancer patient and the pharmacy says they are "processing" it, I take that as they are actually filling the prescription. When I arrive to pick up that medication I'm told by the assistant that they NEVER received the prescription. I Show them my phone with the text and then I'm told by the large angry looking and sounding pharmacist that I have to call the prescribing doctor because they can't fill it. I asked why they couldn't fill it he yell have a nice day! Another employee said they "couldn't fill it because they have met their allowed quota of narcotic fills for the the month". Um, its the 4th day of the month and NO ONE called to tell me they couldn't fill it. I was told to call the doctor and call around to other CVS pharmacies to find one who could fill it. This happened on a Friday evening, now we have to wait until Monday to call the doctor. Meanwhile my husband will suffer over the weekend because of this. The script was called into that CVS at 11am, they wait until 6:05pm to tell me to my face they would not fill it. No care for sick people. That male pharmacists is horrible.I heard CVS will be closing a total of 900 stores by 12/31/2023 and I hope this wakes them up.

I pick up my prescriptions there, sometimes there's a line but the pharmacy people try their hardest to move things along, everyone behind the counter is very friendly and helpful.

The pharmacists that are employed here are some of the most incompetent beings that walk the face of the earth. If you're thinking of getting your meds here you better have a back up plan because it's very likely that you won't get them for days even when you're scheduled for them and are in need of them.

The pharmacists here are completely garbage. I've been waiting days for my psych meds and all I can get told is well we will get to them when we can. That's not how psych meds work and with them(spoke to two different pharmacists in 2 days) being in the medical industry you would think they would know better. I don't suggest anyone to go to this location for anything unless you don't care when or if you receive the meds you're prescribed.

The worst experience I have ever had after being a loyal customer of 20+ years. The man I spoke to yesterday was extremely unprofessional and refused to hear my concerns. I was told to contact my insurance company to find out where my insurance verified the transaction. Turns out they were in the wrong. No apologies upon arrival. They rushed me through checkout as if I had done something wrong. I will never use this location again.

How can you shut a pharmacy for an hour from 1 to 2? Very bad for those who only have that particular time ourselves. No other pharmacy does that.

Noah and Sam are a breath of fresh air in this CVS they are very polite and helpful. They’re customer service is top notch. Other people who are in this pharmacy should take note and learn from them! CVS should take note of good employees!

Glad they have self checkout because no one is ever at the front to check people out lol. But 5 stars purely for the Woman pharmacist (didn’t catch her name). Very funny, personable, and efficient! Women keep this world running, for sure.

No one ever really greets me or says anything when I go in there. But that's okay, just wanted to let others know. I went to get water and their coolers are dirty ?. There was dirt all over my water.
