Norma Cruz-Granados was amazing!!! She was randomly assigned to our account during an appointment request by phone. We couldn't have asked for a better tax preparer.She was patient with us, even though we neglected to have all our required documents with us. She responded promptly to our phone calls, and she had our return done in record time!!We will definitely be requesting her again next year.THANK YOU, Norma.

If you’re looking to get your taxes done, Liberty Tax in Plant City is the place to go! I had the very best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I was unsure about a couple things but Dianna, Norma & Dillon just took charge and effortlessly walked me thru it. I’d say they went the extra mile. Dianna is so knowledgeable and was grateful for her help. The team spirit was evident and just made getting taxes done, easy & fun! The filing fee was fair too. I would highly recommend.

Patsy is an angel on earth. She helped me get caught up on 4 years of back taxes with no judgement and the prices was super easy. So happy to have this monkey off of my back and she made it a pleasant experience... As pleasant as filing can be anyways.
