I purchased a dishwasher Sunday 7/14/2024 and the sales associate advised me they had it in stock but delivery and installation was provided by a vendor, not Lowes. Within the last 6 months I purchased a refrigerator, washer, dryer and stove and it took about 2-3 days to get. Apparently dishwashers and microwaves are installed (not hooked up) and requires different skills, I understand but they are over 2 weeks behind with installation and this should’ve been communicated before I purchased the dishwasher and it wasn’t. Furthermore, I tried calling the Plant City Lowes 14 times Tuesday and it went on hold and after 2-3 min it hung up. No one answered in appliances either. Your sales people should communicate an estimated time of delivery on appliances so maybe I could’ve figured out something else. Luckily I opted to do the no interest for 12 months but ultimately I’ll be making a payment on an item I don’t have yet. You should have another vendor for installation than just Crume Installations out of Kentucky.

Employees everywhere,huddled together. Couldn't get help from any of them .. then got rude when interrupting their conversation lol show's lack of management for sure .. i will drive the extra distance to Home Depot from now on.

I mean Finally got in touch with a beautiful caring woman.her name is Stephanie K and we stayed with me on my phone getting all the information she could. She did the job! There was an AMAZING store associate named Chiqui that literally saved us. We came in with a rough sketch of what we’re looking for in a kitchen and she sat with us and helped us build it all. She was so thoughtful and patient and really tried to understand what we were looking for to help us build our dream kitchen. We ended up leaving the same day with ALL the kitchen cabinets and appliances that we needed. She honestly made our lives soo much easier! A true angel of a woman. Such a sweetheart, and that woman knows what she’s talking about!! She needs a raise ASAP!

Be WARE when picking up online orders....I was notified that my order was ready so after paying someone to pick the order up I get home start my project only to find that the order was NOT completed. I called and verified that those items had been left in their "bull pin". They are now telling me that I have to pay AGAIN to pick up the remainder of my order that they neglected to load onto my movers trailer. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR ERROR AS THEY ARE REFUSING TO SEND THOSE ITEMS TO ME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
