The lady who serves there did not want to serve us because according to her she had a time limit to wait and we were waiting for her to finish serving the people who were before us and she wanted to serve us, better look for another metro store as there are many more and they serve you better

Maria provided me the worst customer service i ever had. I wanted to become a customer and get sim card, but she refused do the service bcs my phone was not in English language and asked me to leave. I would fire her for such a racism.

Service was very good considering there was only one person working! Took my friend in there because her phone stopped working. She was able to upgrade and get a brand new phone in and out within 20 minutes less than $90. Store was very clean !!! the people in there are very personable. Every time I've ever gone in there and check my neighbors or family. They've been fast respectful in and out no problems whatsoever.

I never deal with Metro again I switch from Metro to boost Mobile got a new Moto g with their assistance nola's metro lost this customer but the losing my whole family's business since 2009 thank you very much Metro by T-Mobile

Bought a phone Thursday 11/17. Returned Monday 11/21 to express concerns about functionality of the phone. Speaker phone is quieter than the earpiece, phone intermittently connects to my vehicle Bluetooth, phone bugs and freezes while using app repeatedly throughout the day, when using with headphones and trying to run the connection becomes static and intermittent.The lack of acknowledgement of my presence initially on Thursday should have been my first red flag, but the Richard cranium that helped me Monday connected the phone to a Bluetooth speaker in the store and said my claims were debunked. Refused to come to my vehicle and witness the unreliability when connecting to a vehicle.AT&T thanks you.
