Horrible place.. got new phone had to pay to transfer my phone from one to another and have them do it and nothing was done right went back and they still didn't do it or help. The phone they sold me I'm still convinced it was a refurbished " new," phone. Cuz my new from metro directly was totally different and it was only replaced within 2 weeks of purchasing one another. They were very rude. I didn't speak Spanish so that too didn't help. I definitely was treated differently than there Spanish customers.

They're always so busy all the time and when they're not busy they don't have time for you anyway but it's been so much time on the customer they want to I'm kind of fed up with them and then we can advise me or help me or fix my phone and that's just that I've been customer in there for 10 years and getting very little help from them

I signed up for the iPhone 11 promotion which was supposed to be picked to pay for a month of service which is $60 and you get the iPhone 11 for free well I got up sold their options and ended up paying $110 for the $60 Plan they did this after the fact once I had confirmed that I wanted the phone they use very shady tactics so just be careful once you hear the final price

This isn't just directed at this particular location, although the indifference shown to my problem at this location didn't help.Long story short, the screen on my phone broke to the point of it being useless. Ok, take SIM card out, put in an older MetroPCS phone. But, can't activate because MetroPCS must send verification text to the phone that was active. With a broken screen, this is a dead end.Looked up MetroPCS stores in my area, and even though it was farther, I chose this location based on the majority positive reviews. Sure, they can activate the phone for me.... for just shy of $30. As a paying account holder with a valid ID to verify I am the account holder, it just seems absurd to have to pay that high of a fee to activate a phone.I'm not sure what to call this business "practice" and I'm certain that I am not alone in this situation. But on principle, I will not utilize their services any further.I am but a drop in the bucket of business for these vampires of mobile providers, but others will walk too.

The people on the inside are great but the reason I gave it a one star was because I called the store more than 17 times in twos day and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE !!!!!!!If I have a question bout a phone or a deal they are having I need someone to answer the phone I can't afford to drive there everytime I need helpPlease answer your phone ☎️☎️
