The office atmosphere was superb and very relaxing. The staff was very courteous, professional and helpful. My wait time even after paperwork was short... overall between the exam, picking frames, completing order...in and out within 30 to 45 minutes. Definitely will make this my office from now on. Thanks again for all your help during my visit ?. Picked up my glasses on March 7th... longer wait time that was different...no sign in sheet for appointments or pick up... no seating in the area for pickup I had to leaned against the wall...not enough staff...nobody answering phones...several customers left because of the wait while I was there ? I almost did too...if I didn't need mine I'd left too

I read a post and agree with the comments the receptionist like she doesn't care the young lady watching me like I was going to steal sat down to get that I wanted and give me a hard time telling me I couldn't order the glasses they would have to be in the store to try them on and that was after she took my card for the frames the next day...call about that and was on hold for 5+minutes hung up call back a man answered the phone and said he'll take care of it..... phone pickup up a woman voice in back ground asking was that me.....I felt discriminated against walking in the door because of my ethnicity I will reply that to my insurance company

The receptionist is so rude. And your facility is empty… Wonder why. I would avoid this place at all costs, because they don’t treat you like a person and they are so rude and nasty. My elderly mother went there for her eye exam, and the receptionist was beyond rude. She didn’t even get to see who the doctor was to determine if they were a representation of their front line receptionist bc of the extreme rudeness from the first step into the door. Consumer, beware, spend your money and your insurance elsewhere. And whoever owns this location, I would clearly reconsider who you put as a receptionist at your facility, because they are the ultimate first impression and this receptionist is giving your location and extremely bad name/vibes.

Service is very bad!!! I paid $300 for contacts I received one box for one eye and never received the other box for the other eye to this day which has been over 3 weeks I have not received the contacts nor my money back I can’t speak to a manager who ever it is is never available ???????

Puppy mill of eye doctors! Complete rip off. $454 for an eye exam??? These are not veteran eye doctors either. I believe my eye doctor was an intern in her early 20's maybe younger. Before making the appointment i asked to verify if everything would be covered as it usually is with my insurance. myeyedr rep confirmed yes everything is covered, however, I walked out of myeyedr paying $195 out of my pocket AFTER insurance was applied. ONLY for the exam, no contacts nor frames were purchased. I feel cheated and taken advantage of. Don't make the same mistake i made!

My stepson broke his glasses and needed a replacement. At first they didn’t want to do just the frames through his insurance and wanted to charge me $99+ for just the frames, I decided to do the complete eyeglasses as they said needed to be done for them to use the insurance, while making the order I requested for the glasses to be sent to another store (closer to my house) the lady who attended to me was rush and gave me attitude.When receiving the notification that the glasses were ready, they were at this location instead of the store I had requested to go pick them up at, I was in the area and went to get the glasses, had to wait 10min for someone to give me the glasses and it happened to be the same lady that did my order in the first place, when I asked her why wasn’t the order sent to the store I requested she said “she didn’t know, she didn’t put a note for the glasses to be sent to another store.” She was rude, incompetent and unprofessional.

BEWARE!!!! Claimed my out of pocket cost would be $1200+ without insurance, so I put a hold on the prescription order and called my insurance. The claims adjuster told me I would be responsible for the $800+ bill once the insurance company did not cover what the employee at MyEyeDr claimed was covered, so I called MyEyeDr to retrieve my new prescription and ordered from where the insurance company recommended. When I received my new glasses the "new" prescription was exactly as my old prescription with no improvements. When I called and asked why they sent my old prescription instead of my new prescription, I was gaslighted. The girl working continuously attempted to twist my words around whilst pretending she was "not understanding what happened", and claiming their eye clinic is superior to ALL other eye clinic's, which is why the 125% increase of cost is justified.

I am not completely satisfied with my experience. The gentleman who initially set up my glasses was professional and helpful. The eye doctor was professional and helpful.However, when I returned to pick up my frames, the store was closed in the middle of the day. I called the next day to make sure the store would be open for pickup and I was told, “We did not have enough staff show up for work to be able to open the store.”I finally was able to get my glasses and knowing I’d need adjustments, the person who assisted me seemed to be in such a rush, I finally just didn’t ask her to perfect the fit. I left, feeling like my glasses are not fitting like I want.To pay over $300 for glasses, I’d hope to get a professional fitting.I am sad to say, I will be going elsewhere in the future.

First time here. Just love Dr Ho was so great. Mrs Tami is the lady in the glass area. Super patient and kind and knowledgeable. Everyone was super and Colin, took great care of my tears and me. Nirma was super at check out❤️

What a bad experience I’ve had with this place when I first went in there it was OK as soon as I sat down to order my glasses, it was unbelievable from that day. It’s been nothing but chaos. I got there to get my glasses and the prescription they put in it wasn’t right, so I had to go back. The people are not nice at all management. Don’t want to hear your problems and at the same time I’m still going on two months without glasses don’t go there please .

My husband went to the Plant City location to order eye glasses on March 02, the order wasn't placed until March 24 for the eye glasses to be made. He never received a notice that the glasses were ready to pickup, had to go online to find out. Their website stated that this location was open on Saturday, he drove to the location to find out they are now closed on Saturdays. He had tried calling several times with no answer. He went today to pick up the glasses, the lady that was helping him, gave him the glasses, told him if they needed adjustment to let her know, walked off and started talking to someone else. He had to help himself with the eye chart to make sure everything was good, he was never acknowledged again. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Avoid this place at all costs. The sales people are just there to scam you out if your money. I have used this location since moving to plant city. The first couple visits were ok but trot prices seemed a little high. 2021 I got an eye exam and went to buy glasses. I explained that the only frames that seem to last with my chemistry were titanium. I also stated that I wanted something cheaper than the Oakley's I purchased there previously. They sold me a pair of Columbia's. When I pulled my receipt from the previous year, the frames were more. I even have insurance and I was spending around $500. It upset me that they did this. With my line of work I travel and unfortunately I had to use them again as they were open on the weekend. I got my eye exam and I went to go talk about getting lenses in my old pair of Oakley frames. I waited and got the same sales person I had last year and here is where everything went downhill. Those expensive Columbia frames had started to fail. The housing that holds the lenses were "welded" to the frame and it was coming apart. I missed the one year by a week. I was told there was nothing they could do. I made a statement how this was not customer service and that she didn't even try. Next she priced the lenses for my frames at $350 with insurance. I let her know that must be a mistake. She said the insurance doesn't discount much on lenses, just the frames. I had no choice but to pay as I need to be able to see. At the end, I did thank her as she made the decision to get eye surgery easier. They way they charge for items and provide no customer service, I plan on getting Lasik. I will never step foot in this establishment again. I hope that anyone that reads this takes my warning and will not use them either.

Place is a joke waste of time not opened on Saturday and Sundays despite Google confirming by phone they were open saturdays at 3. Charged $175 for thinner lenses if you have an astigmatism do not go here my other eye dr is only $45-$60 more paid it anyways because they were supposedly open on weekends now I have to take a day off just to pick up glasses. Place is only open when you are at work. And they knew what medications I was on without me even telling them one of them was a very nee medication.
