First time entering this location. I found customer service was blah! We came in early to the grooming salon. Groomer Kiana was great with the cut!
However the cashier seemed to be very short & snappy with answering questions. She was stocking shelves when I apparently interrupted her. She rang up the transaction for grooming. She greeted all who came into the store nicely. Once transaction was over she handed me a bag as I asked to place my shampoo into it. I was struggling with two dogs. She placed in bag as though it was a bother & walked away. No have a nice day or thank you for coming or “Boo!”
I always feel everyone has a bad day! So I’ll try again. Hopefully it will be better next visit!!!

This comment is specifically for Leah in the grooming department. Her attitude was piss poor when the store wasn't open. I asked a question if I was able to bring in my dogs early and her response was "Well we're not like other stores - when I stated, other Petsmart locations allow owners to bring their pets in a little early. This is was my FIRST time at this location and her behavior was unprofessional. I did call the store to speak with the manager and I shared my concerns - received a "I'm Sorry, I'll have a talk with her." I shared, an apology from the worker was needed. Nothing when I picked up my pet. If I don't hear anything I will just escalate the issue.

The team at the Plant City PetSmart are consistently friendly and very helpful. Though we are focused on certain parts of the store, it always seems well stocked in all areas and clean. No animal smells, which is amazing.

This must be the worst Petsmart in Florida. Too small, they never have the products needed. It's worth the time to drive to Lakeland or Brandon.
