Would not recommend this place to anyone! I went there for many years and last year they REALLY messed up my taxes. After calling them 3 times and asking them to please review my taxes to see if a mistake was done they wouldn’t. My taxes were held up for MONTHS! Even spoke to the lady who did my taxes there and she kept saying she didn’t make a mistake. I had no choice but to reached out to my local Congresswoman Laurel Lee and her team caught the error this place made! After months I was able to get my money only because I kept being persistent.

The lady on the front desk, whose name starts with S ( I don’t remember her name) is the BEST! She answered my questions in the best ways possible. While I was waiting for my turn she was helping other clients with great professionalism and always with a smile.

Hello, this is to improve the service, it seems that the owners are on vacation and the employees who are there have no idea about the work, they treated me today, a terrible Serbian, they gave me a piece of paper, they made mistakes and I came back and they would like to collect everything again, please, the owners agan improvements

Horrible experience. Turns out our authorization for the IRS to take the $ out from out account never went through. We were then penalized with late fees and interest for taxes for something that was NOT our mistake & when discussed with them was told we were going to be out that money & they could do nothing to fix it even though it was their fault in the 1st place. This is definitely the last time we will be going there!

Ivon was very professional, courteous, efficient and pleasant. We will definitely come back to her again next year. If anyone wants to get their taxes done, she is the one to go do. The office staff is very nice, too.
