Not equipped to handle special needs children even though when we called and asked they said yes. If you can’t handle an autistic child make sure you say this when someone inquires, we will gladly take our child elsewhere. They move, they get overstimulated, they require patience and care. You butchered my grandson’s hair, what little you started, and blamed him. It takes special people to work with disabled children, doesn’t mean you are horrible for not being able to but it makes you negligent if you claim you can and fail them. Do better.

Go somewhere else and find a real barber shop! This is the first 1 star I've ever left this place. I've been going here for years. Once again, I was getting a front to back fohawk for my son, same thing we got last time, and had a picture for comparison. This time between two of the girls they could not understand it's a fade up into the top of the hair. Added the same two lines on each side of his head, one of the girls without parental consent took a picture of my sons head, came back a moment later and said to the girl cutting my sons hair that "the boss said it's an extra $10 to add the lines." This being said after the first girl has already added one of the lines, but I wasn't asked about this or told. The conversation was between the two of them with me standing right in front of them. Again, this is the exact same haircut we got last time and we weren't charged extra for the same two lines. My sons hair looks like a choppy mullet... There's been a few other hiccups in the past as well. I don't know if the girl wasn't comfortable doing a specific haircut or she was too overwhelmed with the other girl that kept coming back to "oversee" her, but enough is enough. Won't be going back.

Paid almost 30 dollars for what was probably the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Asked to have the back faded in but it was completely left and my hair looks like a rooster tail. Definitely do not recommend

I have been going to Miranda every two weeks for the past year - She is always full of energy, carries on an intelligent conversation, and knows what she is doing... She trims my beard with style, never disappointed with my haircut, and has treated me with respect. Very Professional! I highly recommend her!

We take our boys here and the cut really depends who you get. They seem to get a different haircut each time despite us asking for the same thing. The ladies are always nice though. Mendy has always been great, Naomi too! They have a few who need more practice unfortunately.

I’ve been going there for a year. I met some of the workers at my job and they gave me a coupon …. Been a loyalty customer ever since . I always deal with Michelle, Angela and Naomi. Always my go to ladies.

Only giving 2 starts because my middle son had a great experience with his lady and hair done perfect. I took my oldest son in last Friday 2/2/24 it was the worst experience you could tell the lady didn’t want to be there she had other things going on in her mind. my son shows her a picture of kinda what he wanted and she didn’t do it NOTHING like the picture. She was on and off her cell phone the whole time so very unprofessional. She faded his hair way to high in the back and cut way to much off the top. Pretty much gave a buzz cut And that’s totally not what he asked for. My son said he thinks she messed up so she had to cut more then he asked her to. I get it if you have stuff going on but walk away for min don’t continue to cut hair when you are in a conversation on your phone not paying attention what you’re doing. When we got home my husband and a few other people were like what the heck! It was that bad! I’m not sure her name but it was the blonde lady in back left side chair. I don’t recommend her to anyone! The older lady back right side did great job and I would recommend her!

Waited 30 minutes past the "estimated time" while the girl chatted and showed family photos to the previous customer, then as she stood around to chat with her co-worker instead of cleaning her station to get the next customer... six people waiting in total. Have a sense of urgency / decency towards your customers.

Well managed store in every category. From cleanliness to service FIVE STARS. Sports Clips has a very organized process including online check-in, notes from your last cut, and a discussion regarding any changes or suggestions. Angela is my stylist. I'm grateful to have her because she makes it easy. I no longer stress over a haircut. She is a true professional.
