I stopped in Staples this morning to do a return to Amazon (since UPS now has a fee for this process) and I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly and courteous service provided to me. Even though this is a newer service for them to be offering (I think), the clerk that waited on me knew exactly what they were doing and explained the process as they went along. Everyone is the store seemed happy to see me and I even got a $10 off a $30 purchase coupon which I immediately used. The store is so nice, the employees are so nice and before I got home from my errands I had a text saying I refund was on its way so they obviously were handling the behind the scenes portion of the return with as much efficiency as they showed me. I love having this new option for returns!! Than you Staples for a great job!!

I'm in this store a few times a month and the staff is always so friendly, courteous and helpful. Their printing department is phenomenal!

Customer service was awful, they refused to help out with any trouble. And closed the store down a hour and a half early than posted anywhere

I am a local attorney in Plant City. I regularly use print services at Staples. They really came through for me today in a pinch. They got my job done immediately, perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff, good communication, rapid service. I would recommend them for print services wholeheartedly. Thank you staples, saved me today!

2 years ago i bought a $300 printer from the manager and he pushed and pushed the $60warranty on me I was furious no professionalism at all I asked how do we get it fixed he wasnt sure he thought I would need to mail it somewhere , I didnt buy it , I came back when it broke asking where would I send it to get it fixed they had no answeres for me if I would have bought it . I would have been SOL that being said it was an insurance policy not a warranty . I wonder what they would have done for me ?

Eric, the printing and marketing manager, at this location is FABULOUS!I had called to a different Staples location and inquired about color prints, looking for the best price. They were definitely busy and rushed and told me the self serve print was the most affordable option. But when I came into this staples location, I found it was actually almost 10 cents more per copy! And I had over 70 colored prints to make...I promised my boss one price and was in a hurry to get the prints, so I explained the situation to Eric and he was SO helpful! He explained online is actually the most affordable way to get them. And he helped me in my pinch to get them printed at the right price, and waived the express fee. Thank you so much, Eric, for making me and my boss happy, and saving the day!

I just want to give a shout out to Eric who has always helped me and the Chris Welbon Karate clubs with their printing and any other needs. He has gone above and beyond. Glad he is on your team which makes him part of my team. GO Eric!

Today was the final straw with this Staples. I have continued to use them just because they are convenient, but no longer.We needed a system to boost our WiFi, so I purchased the system the tech associate recommended. After 3 hours of failed attempts to connect, including a long call to my internet provider’s tech support and a drive to Lakeland to swap out modems, I gave up and took it back. I just wanted to swap it for the same system, because it seems I had the bad luck of getting a defective product. No. They didn’t have another in stock. But why don’t I “upgrade” to this other one? It’s a much faster system. I purchased the second one, took it home and took it all out of the box before I realized IT WON’T WORK because it requires a main router. Basically, it’s not a whole system, just a booster, NOT what I wanted or requested.At this point, I’m in meltdown and called the manager, who graciously told me to bring it back for a full refund. I then drove back to Lakeland to Best Buy, had a system recommended to me, and had it up and running in my home in less than 20 minutes.The short version: this store is struggling to stock items and maintain competent tech staff. A project that should have taken an hour to resolve, including travel time to purchase the product, took 7.5 hours to resolve. It’s just not worth it for me anymore to give the store another chance.
