It's an enjoyable experience. The customer service is unmatched by any other shop in the area. Unfortunately, I've been shopping here for over a year with a repetitive question regarding a specific item they used to carry. Even the owner has given me the repetitive answer "it should be stocked next week". Not once has he ensured its availability in his store for me. This will be the last time I shop here. I won't give a low review because it is an enjoyable store. I just wanted to "karen" about the inconsideration it shows to a bi-daily customer this has become.
