The manager was calm and explained cost is cost...they don't price it. The guy was screaming at him over and over again, yet he still remained calm. Some people just don't get it. If ya wanna buy parts and do it your self to save a buck, by all means go do. You don't go into a place of business yelling like a maniac. I have been there several times in the past years and have always had quality parts and service. Thank you!”
