Second time we been at this UPS and both times the bad customer service. They do not acknowledge you when you come in and when you speak to them. You were hoping this time it would be different. Especially since there’s not a lot of UPS stores around this area. I have read the reviews and I was hoping this manner would be taken care of, but apparently it’s not so unfortunately we will find another UPS.

SEE A FEW BAD REVIEWS ON THE FELLAS BUT NONE OF THEM ARE TRUE NOT ONE BIT. GUYS ARE VERY EFFICIENT AND HELP WITH EVERYTHING THAT IS BROUGHT TO THIER ATTENTION.GOOD JOB GUYS, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND DONT WORRY ABOUT THE CONSTANT BICKERING AND NONSENSE PEOPLE BRING YOUR WAY. GREAT TEAM HERE. 100%.

Be aware!!! this UPS store are charging Amazon customers almost $4 just for printing the shipping label and in top of that you have to put up with their stupid, ignorant, arrogant attitude so every time we have a chance we avoid this store!!😡!!

Went in to use the notary services, disgruntled employee did not even look up from what he was doing and explained the notary process very rudely. He said we would have to wait 45 minutes until ‘the other guy shows up’ if we need a witness which we did, and he spoke loudly over us when we asked the next person in line if they would not mind being our witness. I have had the misfortune of using this ups facility innumerable times since it opened at this location, and have a subpar if not downright terrible experience every time. PLEASE do something about the angry people in this facility, I feel bad for anyone trying to do business here.

Had a scheduled appointment with the notary and arrived 10 minutes early. Store personnel rudely told me that the notary was on break. When I asked if he would be back on time he said he had no way to confirm. We asked if he could contact them and he said no. Store called me 10 minutes later after I had left and said the notary arrived. Very disappointed in the customer service at this location.

Guy who works in morning is about the most unpleasant ups store person I have ever come across. Seems he’s mad at the world and hates everyone. Doesn’t say a word even if you say hello..seems you are nothing but a bother.
Then says at the end.. there you go….you say thank you..have a good day and zero response. Someone should not work in public like that..will go else from now on
