Very unprofessional and disrespectful. The lady that helped us with the issues we were having on transform data from old phone to new phone was horrible and more concerned with er own phone. Will not visit again.

I have been here twice. I'm a Verizon customer. That has had way too many issue.... Both times I went here I got zero help. Not only that the second I requested a manager when I first walked in and he hid in the office and refused to come out and face me.... I left way more angry then when I arrived. I called the Verizon one eight hundred number and they fixed my issue finally the right way..... This store and it's associates acted like I was lying.... 100 percent recommend you go somewhere else if you need help. And I will be calling back to issue a complaint. Thank for the waste of time and manager attention that could of possibly actually solved my issue had he not coward away from a customer in need of him....

Terrible .Trying to set an appointment for service is impossible.Called half a dozen times and every time was unable to speak to a person. If not for having to have this company to work they could take it and forget it. Should not be an act of congress to talk to someone to make an appointment. Totally unacceptable!!!!

Walked in today to preorder a new phone. Megan was very helpful with getting me set up and ready to go. Explained everything thoroughly and was super nice! Will be shopping here in the future.

Disappointing ! Went to the store in plant city and bought two phones. I only had one activated as my husband. Using the other one. I asked the lady that set me up don't cut off his phone because he needs it for business. Can he come at any time and she said yes within two weeks !!! nightmare When I got home, his phone didn't work the next morning. I had to call ! Had his phone turned back on again, and explained it all to the Verizon customer service ! Same thing happened again. He wasn't getting any calls. Nothing going in nothing going out.! I paid $29.99 a piece for two different phones to be turned on and for them to do everything! He could not use his phone I had to call again customer service, put it back on again. I set up the phone myself and ask for a refund which I was given ! So the only thing that I can tell you is be prepared if you buy a phone to turn in your old one and set it up right away or you will not have service !! I have had Verizon for over 20 years!! I like them because of their reliability, but be careful when you're being set up for the 29.99 I remember when they used to set your phone up for free!!!! I remember when you got a free phone I guess that was a long time ago. Nothings free anymore.!

I walked in, doubting that anyone could help me with the problem with my Verizon account, and boy, was I wrong! I even asked if there was a super techie who could fix my problem. The manager was that guy, and the rest of the staff was also helpful. This is a great Verizon. I'm happy to know that if I ever need help, I can find that help here.

Tyler from this store was extremely rude, degrading, and looked down upon my mother-in-law as a customer. Customers ask questions because they aren’t professionals… the people who work there are. Customers should not be looked down on or judged for asking questions about something they aren’t professionals about. You are hired PRIMARILY for your expertise in a field that others are not. Don’t be surprised when people ask you for help in a CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSION. The lack of professionalism and the judgement passed by him was honestly infuriating. I have never been so agitated at an individual who took 2 separate breaks during our horrible 20 minute interaction. Employees are allowed to have bad days. I work in customer service myself, i get it. But do not take out your frustration on someone who has done NOTHING to warrant it. She asked a question to clarify a large payment. Nothing more, nothing to warrant that behavior. Do better.

Sorry, I'm not impressed. Sales staff are a bit pushy, and they are quick to redirect to higher priced equipment and service plans.I'm not sure if they work on commission, bonuses, or other types of incentives, but my visit there reminded me of shopping for a used car, and it was the end of the quarter.I'm still checking out other service providers.

Was offered a free trial for 5g internet so I decided to try it since they kept pushing it’s free. A month later I was billed $140 so I called Verizon and they confirmed it would be credited/taken care of. 2 months later I have a debt collector calling me for a balance. Place is a rip off.. all they care about is commissions/kick backs and not customer service

The staff here is great! Pretty relaxed and flexible. Alyssa rocks if you're lucky enough to turn up when she's available. Made my upgrade process really hassle-free.
