I've been using Walden Lake Car Wash since I moved to Plant City, and they usually do a good job, however today I was very disappointed and feel ripped off. I paid for the Gold service, which includes inside and out, vacuuming, console wipe down etc. all the things you get with the lesser expensive washes, but adds the hot wax and triple foam on the exterior. I got neither. I watched my car go through the bay and neitherwere applied. I went to the counter, explained that I paid for the Gold, but didn't get the hot wax. She said just a minute, left, talked to someone, and came back and told me " he said it's working just fine, so you got the hot wax" I replied that I watched as it passed under the hot wax station and nothing came out. She looked at me and said, well, it is clear, so maybe you just couldn't see it. My vision is fine, water is clear and I can see that just fine. I got ripped off whether intentional or not, this was handled very poorly. Word of caution, if you go here, pay attention as your car goes through the the bay to make sure you get what you pay for.

Excellent car wash - consistent and fair. Great service. Been here several times and the team goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done to satisfaction.

Very disappointed.. Paid 32.00 for a Silver wash. Windows not done, barely vacuumed, dash not wiped down. Should have spent 10.00 at Mod Wash and done myself.

Ever since the new owner took over, the service has improved tremendously! They are very detail oriented and meticulous with their cleaning and service. Highly recommend this car wash!

this car wash use to be amazing ever since new owner ship it has gone down hill. First they didn't vaccum seats & had to go back 3 times. then another time they said they checked the air in the tire & didn't...I had a tire light on... I went & filled it & it stayed off... then the next time they never put washer fluid in & said they did...came back one last time & they said it wouldn't take long maybe 35 minutes now almost an hour later service is still not complete

Had to run it through twice last wash. Management needs to check the vehicle closer before turning it over to the customer.

Very good price for oil change. Good job on carwash. Couches are so comfortable in the lobby, they're hard to get out of.

Car looks amazing after a full detail. Wanted to give 4.5 stars but couldn't get it to work. The only recommendation would be to find a different product for the interior, or use less, or something. It was so slippery when I got in, and there was a bunch on the face of the radio that made it slick.

Very slow and unfriendly. Only one person there to do the oil change and he seemed to be all over the place. While working on my car left and did several other things. Not a bad price but could learn some customer service skills!
