Pharmacy is completely rude. I get my rx filled every month at walgreens and just moved to the area and wanted to get my rx filled there, but they refused to tell me if my medicine was in stock. They act like im a drug addict just because I haven't filled there before. I I've gotten my prescription filled every month for over fifteen years at walgreens. The pharmacist is either lazy or walgreens policy for controlled substance is wrong.

If you have important prescriptions you need every month, I don't suggest this pharmacy! I have been with them for 1 1/2 yrs no and recently..in the past few months, every single month my Dr sends the prescription in for the same medicine, and when I call to make sure they filled it, they don't have it and have to order it!!! They know I am a regular customer & have also been Walgreens itself for decades. But this is making me go without extremely important meds!

The pharmacy lies about meds all the time, says they have it then when I call to check on it they say they can't get it. Even the manager tells lies! Says they are ordering it but never do~! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

The pharmacy will lie to you about what medication they have so they don't have to look. Then on a Friday afternoon they say they don't have the meds and it's too late to call your doctor to get a script changed! AVOID them! And they don't apologize for lying to you!

The pharmacy manager Sal is great. My family was stuck at the strawberry festival with a dead battery. He was so kind to help Jumpstart my car. Above and beyond! There can only be one!

The pharmacy does not want to take your call. I called and waited 20 minutes to speak to someone. She finally picked up and asked me to hold and then transferred me to the front of the store, who then had to transfer me back to the pharmacy. She left me on hold for another 10 minutes, then picked up and told me she couldn’t fill my prescription because they were closing in 5 mins. I guess I will be switching to CVS since Walgreens doesn’t seem to want to fill a prescription

As a creature of habit, I have used Walgreens stores over the last 25 years in various cities around Florida. Unfortunately, this is absolutely the worst location that I have ever used. This is the first review I have ever written, but I think it is important for people to know how rude and disrespectful the pharmacist is, I will be spending the next 30 days finding a new pharmacy although I have multiple dollars and points I really don't ever want to go to another Walgreens again based on the rude and disrespectful treatment that I have received over the last four months even though I have been going to this Walgreens for four years as well as another 21 years at other Walgreens stores. If you have any other option with your insurance I would suggest that you move forward with another pharmacy

I never review anywhere but I am going to do this to save other people time, I have never had issues with a place like the pharmacy here. I have tried calling prescriptions in and almost every time they don’t have the prescription ready or show that I called it in, so I switched to the app and it’s the same issue constantly . I have no idea if they just have some kind of horrible system issue where they are not getting the information over but this has been continuous and I am finally am just going to have to switch pharmacies.

Horrible customer service from the manager for the closing shift. I’m fully aware that the store was about to close 10 mins before midnight but I needed to transfer money to my bank account due to it be Sunday & one of my current banks is limited to atms. So I came in with a lot of 1s & the manager was slick towards me saying “ You and your damn 1s! Why don’t you get a bank or something! Coming in here 10 mins before we close! You did this last time!” All I could do was laugh at her while she had to recount my money, because I should have went off & hurt her feelings!! That was unprofessional for a manager to say! I’m not a child & I definitely have a bank! You don’t know what people have going on. With that being said, I’d rather go somewhere-where a company wants my money and not here! This was a simple task! Just recount the money & transfer it! It was only $389.00 !!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve worked money center & customer service at Walmart 12 years ago & never would I ever say that to a paying customer! You were still open for business!!!

I've been using this pharmacy since I was a little girl. I'm 25 now. I don't like to ever leave a negative review of any business, but the pharmacy staff and pharmacist are always so rude to me. Anytime I have a question, a concern, or need a refill, they give me attitude and talk to me like I am stupid every single time. It's really sad. They seem really miserable. :/

My grandmother called today to check on her perscriptions and see when they would be filled. She talked to someone in the pharamacy and instead of just telling her he would fill it tomorrow he goes and asks how long she been taking the medication and takes it upon himself to say hes going to call her doctor because he does not feel like she should still be on this medication for as long as she has been not knowing her condition. Truly disrepectful and dishartening to hear as me and my family have shopped here for years.
