The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Extremely unorganized and depending on who you talk to you may get multiple answers. It's hit and miss for getting a text message when your prescription is ready. Recently I waited over a week to get mine, and it wasn't because they were out and had to special order. I'm transferring all mine to another pharmacy.

I have reviewed this pharmacy and I gave the pharmacists and staff an extremely favorable review. As I said in my previous review I want to find out the names of the staff as well as the other pharmacists. Kate is my favorite because she is kind, friendly, an extremely caring, an extremely understanding.

Overall, this is a great pharmacy, BUT over the past week, I've attempted to use GoodRX coupons, to purchase prescriptions. On both occasions the price that they had me pay was several dollars higher than the current Good RX price that was listed on the on-line coupon from Good RX. What's up with that?

Usually I have no problems at this pharmacy. Now there is a lady who works back there that is very rude. I will let others skip me in line just to avoid her taking care of me. We are considering changing pharmacies.

The techs and pharmacists here are excellent. Everything is always ready on time and the few times my doctor didn't send my prescription, they went out of their way to get it for me at the pharmacy.

My five star review of this local walmart is because of the new order online and then its delivered to your car. I am a Mother of multiple children with full time employment and this is a great time saver for me and my family. I was hesitant in the beginning especially when it comes to produce and fruit but have never been given anything that i would not have picked out myself and The staff is so friendly and fast!!!! Love this service and have not had to go in the store in months!!!!

Fire the complete management staff.... from Mitch Hughes (Mia and others) all of his underlings.... if he is the store manager he is useless. Zero customer service at this store. Zero ability for consumers to call in and lodge a complaint. The whole culture at this store is crap. He has no control over his lazy employees that hurt sales every day. He has no idea how poor the customer experience is at his location. He tells every employee to "NEVER PASS A CUSTOMER CALL TO ME". I can't log in to the website to place a pickup order. I can't get any help on line or through the customer service 800 number (the customer service rep admitted being in another country - Thank you Walmart for out sourcing jobs to foreigners!). So I can not order on line. When I call the store directly - nobody wants to take a call in any department but Pharmacy. They can't pass me to a manager of the store. If you like walking through the store and seeing the lack of choices on the shelf because the people that order product are incompetent, lazy or just plain stupid... be my guest. I'll shop somewhere else rather than give money to an American company that does not support the American workers and people within their own communities. I would rather order from somewhere else where they actually CARE about their customers. This place does not care at all. The culture among their own local Plant City workers is "WE DO LESS AND WE DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK". YOU CAN'T EVEN CALL IN AND MAKE SUGGESTIONS. YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK TO A LOCAL MANAGER. THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS! FIRE THE MANAGERS AND GET PEOPLE IN THERE WITH THE RIGHT ATTITUDE. STOP HIRING IDIOTS WITH NO WORK ETHIC. NOW THEY WANT $15.00 PER HOUR? THEY ARE ALL GARBAGE LAZY EMPLOYEES FROM MANAGEMENT ON DOWN NOT WORTH $3.00 PER HOUR. FIRE THE MANAGEMENT DOWN TO THE IDIOTS WHO ARE SUPPOSE TO ANSWER THE PHONES. FIRE THEM ALL.

Always smiling--even in the busiest times. Some grouchy old man complained his order wasn't ready: he said the doctor sent it in 12 days earlier--do you think they will hold it until Christmas? Then, he complained because they were out of his meds: well, they put it back on the shelf when you took two weeks to come get it, and they were out. The Pharmacists are so prompt and respectful, but they can't anticipate a "doof" coming in.

This location is super pleasant to get to because of limited traffic on the roads to get to it but omg the store is a mess. The floors are dirty and when you do online to store pick up its a nightmare. I checked in when I walked in and made a fast purchase. Then proceeded to the tower to retrieve my packages and it never checked me in. So I had to check in again and apparently my packages were not in the tower so then I had to wait over 15 min for someone to decide to come and help me and get my items. Ive done this at alot of walmarts and this is by far the worst one as far as waiting and being ignored my the csms standing arpinf chatting with eachother. Never again from now on they can just ship it to my house
