Walk in on a Saturday Bcs no one answered the phone at the pharmacy after I tried calling several times, this is not a good customer service, I miss when they had the previous staff like 1-2yrs ago.

They would not fill my husband’s prescription because it was a new medication for him. Said they had to save that medication for their “regular” customers - makes absolutely no sense.Walgreen’s on Baker Street filled the prescription with no problem. We have now transferred all our prescriptions from Winn Dixie to Walgreens.

Hilda could stand to brush up on her interpersonal skills. I walked up to the register and she doesn't speak to me or greet me. I tell her I'm here to pick up my prescriptions and she just looked at me. My mind reading skills aren't what they used to be, so I asked her if she needed my first or last name. Annoyed, she said either. People that can't talk to someone like an adult should probably stick to working in the back and let the others handle the registers. I understand having to deal with drug addicts, but I'm not one of them. If you are that burned out on your job that you can't even put your big girl panties on and address someone like a decent human being, maybe you should consider a different line of work.

I didn't catch the woman's name that spoke to my husband this morning about 10:18 but being a pharmacy technician myself I have never heard someone so unprofessional and rude! He tried to call in his refills to be picked up tomorrow on the 1st because the paperwork says to call 24hrs in advance. He tells her "I need to call in my refills to be picked up tomorrow" she says, "you can't pick them up until the 1st" he told her "tomorrow is the first and the paperwork says to call in 24hrs in advance" she then tells him, sarcastic and rude, "it doesn't matter what the paperwork says, I don't care about that and there's 31 days in this month!" Now, today is June 30th, I've never known June to have 31 days! I know everyone makes mistakes but there is absolutely no reason to be so incredibly rude and unprofessional to a customer! If the 24hr notice"doesn't matter" you need to take it off of the paperwork that gets handed out to every customer, then you could avoid situations like this, oh ya and get a calendar! I wish I would have caught her name so I'd know who I was reporting.

Ms.Aron!! & Also To The Pharmacist!This Is A Place Where Customer Service Is More Then Superior!They Treat You With Respect & Always! Resolve Issues:)I Pray Most Placea Are This Way Sadly This Is The Only Place You Probably Have Parents Or Grandparents Who Know The Pharmacist & They To Will Tell You There Is No Better Place To Shop Or Go To For All Of Your Pharmacy Needs :)God Bless These Angels!That Is Truely What Each Of These Individuals Are!I Cant Thank Yall Enough!I Will Always Only Shop Here & Refer All Of My Family & Friends Also:)
