While the associate who helped us was great, we received miss information. We switched of phone plan from T-Mobile to AT&T to save some money. We made the switch on March 1 and my first bill is due March 22. The bill is almost $500. We were told when we made the switch the activation fees would be waived but that was not the case. The fees total $140. They said because this is a onetime fee it could not be waived unless I had AARP. I'm not 55+. This is so upsetting because I didn't have that kind of money which was the whole reason for the switch. I feel this was bait and switch and now I’m stuck.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Sandra Shatat's assistance yesterday at the AT&T location in Sunrise. I arrived feeling very frustrated and stressed due to a mistake made by an AT&T operator over the phone. Sandra was incredibly efficient, nice, professional, and knowledgeable. She took care of the entire situation, detected the mistake, and corrected it promptly. Her kindness and diligence were greatly appreciated. If everyone worked as hard and diligently as Sandra, I could only imagine how much smoother the process would be.

Excellent customer service!!! Shayan is the best!!! I was one of the last customers that came in and yet but still he went over and above to make sure I was presented all of the options available and provided great service.

Kevin was the reason why we waited. We chose to wait for him as he is our representative always! He is the only person that we work with,he is honest and kind and smart. He knows everything about the process and the products and he always treats us like family! We moved so it takes us 30 minutes to get to him and we have a store about 3minutes away but it is not the same as dealing with Kevin, so we would rather drive to see him than to go to the one by our house. Kevin is the bomb and. Should get a raise!!!

I had Jorge Almeida about and hour ago. In a world of poor customer service, Jorge Almeida was one of the best ever! He was patient, professional, and tech savvy. He freed up space on my phone to work smoother. AT&T management: BUY Jorge a free luch-he deserves it!

Love this store. Jorge was very helpful in answering all of my questions, also confirming the different phone plan that AT&T has for Florida residents who are 55 and older that I was told about by a AT&T phone rep. He assisted me by updating my new phone, IPad and watch. Every one at the location is very pleasant and gives me excellent customer service whenever I upgrade my phone every 3 years.

What fantastic customer service I received for the 3rd time from Shayan at this location. Excellent knowledge of products, plans, what I needed for my technical usage etc etc.
while there are many "places to get a phone"
Why not come to where they treat you with respect and like a friend.
I felt very comfortable and safe in having this salesman help me and I highly recommend coming here for all of your needs.
