This is the BEST AUTOZONE hands down. All the clerks are AWESOM, but the one that really stands out to me is Stephanie . She is so knowledgable and I love to see her at work when I walk into AUTOZONE (Plantation). She really hep me get the correct transmission for my company van. She is very professional and she assist everyone who comes in contact with her. She is the best! She never to busy not to listen to your concerns. I want to thank you Step for helping me . Thank you thank you Thank you . You defiantly need a raise.

Same parts but sloppy management. .I observe management as a store owner myself..I went over to Riley auto parts instead..the youth with the long hair just ignore me and assist the gentleman walk in. He bought two wiper blade figure the cost I came in to buy two deep cycle marine battery.also to add I heard the ad 57 times"autozone is hiring delivery drivers " while waiting over 18 minutes as I type feed back.i already qent to another store didn't have item and now gone to Oriley east sunrise checking out and I'm still on hold just to doing a management survey for
my evidence.

My favorite place to go to get parts from. Been shopping here for more then 10 years, The store manager and service managers are great when in need of help or questions. The employees are also hands on helping seniors with their cars. The best thing is they give advice to help you save and make your job easier..

I came from another store that apparently didn’t want to go the extra mile to handle a simple warranty swap out. I went over to 801 S. University, AutoZone and Without hesitation, Alphonso took care of my problem , swapped out my battery within minutes and sent me on my way. He did a great job and I appreciate his efforts . He represented well, where customer care is hard to come across. Thanks again, Alfonso.!

I wanted to acknowledge the manager Stephanie and her associate (sorry didn’t catch her name). The service received put my mind at ease with a hectic morning. Stephanie went above and beyond and made an exception to resolve my battery issue. Thank you sooooo much for assisting me. It turned out to be a good day.
