Went To Autozone On Foot Today Due To Poor Treatment By Black Family They Don’t Like Haitian Or Me Being Mixed IDK Decided Barring Me From Living Inside My Registered mailing and living residence after becoming armed Security Officer had to sleep outside I left the headlights on and battery on in the morning 8:55 Am I called Autozone and explained same situations they woman said come on in when I got there there was not a woman servicing she was seen walking through also upon arriving inside I talked to a funny looking gentleman he just took battery never tested battery in front of me He told me to write phone number so while doing so I mentioned that My Family Kicked me out for no reason putting me in this situation : My Black Family & me going through this Situation was the reason I said I don’t ever want nothing to do with black woman my own family and others seem like their trying to destroy my finances and life they ended up being offended and never charged or tested battery but use the word it has battery acid it’s shot still. No test to make sure so eventually took battery and now my car is back battery is 78% this is the corporate world if you do not realize the problem or people no matter the gender will gang up on you in this world but it’s also something called pain and suffering to someone who has UCC Laws so keep playing and you going to eventually be the liability & Find Out !!!!! (Muscle Cramps Had To Walk ) Attorney’s Pet peeve Did You Know There’s Something Called (Pain & Suffering) Thank You For Dishonesty

One of the best autozones. Workers are awesome!! Erica is really good she helped me a lot ?she figured out the problem a part I asked about and told Deluma and fixed the problem?. This was an on going problem with car. I recommend this store 100 percent. Really good workers and nice. Even when I came in the all the coworkers were nice. They even took their time to help. Very great attitudes.. I hope they get a raise in their positions including other workers.. Thank you so much again guys. I really really appreciate it ? very

Service was on point very attentive. I was there replace a battery that is still under warranty. I will say the fact that the battery is located in the back of the vehicle should not determine whether the employees can help me install a new battery. The other issue is that the sunrise store sold me the wrong battery so the reason why it needs to be replaced seven months later it’s because it’s the wrong battery.

I came into this store with an emergency! My battery had died, and I needed a replacement asap, but didn't even know where to start. Ramone was very helpful and with no trouble had the proper battery and a great warranty picked out. Within a few minutes, he was already outside and nearly done changing out the battery in my car! I appreciate the wonderful and friendly service I got from Ramone and will recommend others to this location.

Today after having no luck at the 40th Ave location, I was blessed by this one @ 801 SR7!!! I walked in and in less than 5 mins after speaking to Stephanie D. she immediately went and retrieved the correct bulb which I was given the wrong one by another Autozone location. I have to say I was apprehensive to go w/o a receipt because I thought I’d have to pay for but since I had a copy of it, she believed me and made my visit a very pleasurable experience. More people like her need to work in the public industry where nowadays everyone is just rude and don’t care to help. I thank you Stephanie for being kind and caring. God Bless ??

It is incredible, that in the middle of the 21st century there are such racist people in that store, the bad treatment and the lack of professionalism of the people who work in that place, especially a Puerto Rican clerk, disrespectful and rude, I will definitely NEVER go to this again. That place, I used to buy periodically and so did my clients, but, as of May 19, 2023, never again, I hope that one day decent people will work in that placeWhy every time someone asks meTHE WORST OPINION

Parts manager Yesenia has taken care of my automotive needs with ease! After discovering that they did not have my part in stock, she did the next best thing and made a call to have my part sent to her store for the next day. Excellent customer service; your efforts are well appreciated! ???

Shana Colin and Ramon were so helpful with assisting with finding my part. They took the time out to search and pull the part before I got there. They also made sure that I Used my customer rewards number to receive additional discounts which was great!
