I had to call the bank about a hold on a check. I talked to Debbie and then to her manager (Maria) about a hold on a check. The check was deposited on June 30 and the hold was until July 12. I explained to Maria that the funds had cleared the other local bank. She said there was nothing she could do. As a business customer at BOA with a number of accounts, I think this very Poor customer service. SignWillie Felton (very unhappy customer)

I really liked the attention of the bank employees, they were all very friendly and especially the fact that Mrs. opened the account for me. Look samour, thank you very much.

I've always had good experiences using this branch. People were always courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. From business banking to personal home equity line, never any problems.

-5* is what this bank deservesAvoid Erek Reynolds'. His quick to sell you but when comes down to ask question afterwards or wonder where you business card that you've been waiting for over a week. His no where to be found or return calls. As well , having a pointless greeter Eva Ludena any question you ask her her reply is call the customer service number. Avoid this branch at all cost.

Worst bunch of people in customer service at that bank I went there this morning to get something notarized which is one of the free services if your customer they acted like they didn't care that the system was down they said they couldn't do it I spoke to the regular Bank of America 800 number line and they said they could have done it they should have done it these people at this Bank treat customers like garbage when I go in there which is very seldom they are very abusive and act like they don't care about you at all I give it zero Stars negative five

Tellers don’t want to check the availability of safe deposit boxes, while other branches have no problem telling what’s available. To the lady that hung up on me, if you don’t like your job find another one.

Only one teller working,there were other three workers just walking around with a tablet while there was a line for that ONE teller to attend us they didn't even help or cared about the long line

10 customers on the line and one teller! Avoid this location unless you don't mind spending 30 minutes to an hour for one teller to assist.

i went to this bank to open an account for my granddaughter. There was one cashier and one "manager". There was one customer that left almost as soon as we entered. I was told to call and make an appointment, I said I would just wait. The cashier told the manager and she said I would have to wait at least an hour and a half. She said to call and make an appointment. She did not offer to make an appointment for me nor did she act like she cared. I have been a customer for 40 years and I feel like it is time to find another bank!

I'm so pleased with the staff of this banking center in Plantation, FL. Ashley and Michael have been extremely helpful with navigating complex issues with my business account. In my opinion, this location is trying too hard to boost their "customer service" by placing one employee at the door to "help" you by escorting you to wherever you need to go. Sadly this is always a painfully annoying experience because it's very fake and abrasive and almost everyone knows exactly where they are supposed to go anyway.
