I couldn’t be happier with the attention of Ari, my senior banker who assisted me and my wife today. Went above and beyond to ensure my financial needs were met with utmost care and attention. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to listen made me feel valued as a client. Glad to sign up with Bank of America. I’d give more starts if was possible. Excellent customer service from the rest of the staff too.

OMG! Can you say horrible? I had a 1:30 PM appointment. I arrived 20 minutes early. There is no customer service desk and no one to greet you. You have to stand in the middle of the bank and wait to be acknowledged. A representative was literally walking pass me when I had to try 4 times to get his attention. I was then shown a group of 4 people that were waiting on a 1 PM appointment and he was still attending to other customers. He asked me to sit and someone would come to me. About 20 minutes later I was approached by a rep. I explained why I was there. She stated the documentation that was needed and I asked if a courtesy phone or text message shouldn't have been given. She claims they called everyone with an appointment that day. I advised her I did not receive a call and she proceeded to repeat what I didn't have and what I needed to do. Yes! She dismissed me! I was beyond pissed and tell you, if I was not just coming from church I would have cussed her out. You need better customer service. This location is grossly understaffed! Do better!!

I had a scheduled appointment today for 12:30 PM, and I arrived 10 minutes early to ensure punctuality. However, I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. After that, I was asked to sit and wait for an additional 15 minutes. It's frustrating when appointments aren't honored on time. I couldn't address what I needed to due to the staff's lack of attention. The service at this location is subpar, and the on-duty manager lacks a sense of urgency.

Understaffed is an understatement. Business account and never anyone at the Business Client desk. Last time waiting over an hour in line. Switching to Chase. The extra drive is worth it.

This is the worst bank ever. Out of no were there not letting charges go through and American Express is charging me 35 dollars every time they dont let the payment go through and are saying I have to pay for it. The worst banking place ever!

I stopped here to get some money out of the ATM. The branch itself looks large with lots of parking.The ATM area is well lit and it has security cameras all around, so you feel secure about making your transaction.I like that you can ask for fast cash right from the start, it makes the process quicker.

went in today to receive help with accessing my online banking and was told that i had to make an appointment just to receive help with accessing my money. the two reps weren't assisting anyone. the earliest slot they had was two days later. wow just wow.also don't follow up with an apology message as you guys always do. if you really want to help give me a number to call.

The customer service here is horrible, two tellers , at least 20 customers waiting and they have no sense urgency to help the customers i watch on teller of the two that was there do other task take out the trash count money everything but help any of the customers. worst bank ever!!!!!!!!

Im preferred platinum customer with BofaThis branch has one of the most clueless employees including the manager which she took defensive mode without knowing the issue , it was very simple request to add my wife as co-owner in my existing account, they person who helped me was demanding 2 proofs of ID , insisting on that and asking 2 more proof of addressThat was not the caee when i called customer service, 1 proof of ID and thats it to address the request,, will do my business some other bank better than this poor customer service

I’m a 30 year Bank of America customer and in the last 3 months the ATMs at this bank have stolen a total of $5600 from me while I’m depositing. Now I have to fight to try to get my money back this is so frustrating. I can’t believe this can happen. Do not use this bank ATM to deposit cash.

Very rude and extremely unprofessional. I would have rather wait an entire month for an appointment at another location rather than have an appointment at this location the next day. Had a scheduled appt I was on time for just to wait for them to help everyone else who DID NOT have an appt. The manager is so rude! They show your documents to every worker in the bldg before they get back to you and actually give you an answer. Also unwilling to answer any questions I had! Will never be returning. One of the worst banking experiences yet.
