The ABSOLUTE WORST Location to Bank at! Jonathan De Gracia is the absolute worst banker in the history of banking.He refused to send my wire out to a family member without taking any of the verification precautions. He also suggested the confusion was due to a "language barrier" which is weird being the fact that he doesn't know my race (I'm black and Italian) nor does race have anything to do with the transaction itself. He clearly has a problem with successful colored women and should not be working as a banker if he has such issues. Because News Flash! WE DO EXIST!He should be fired and banned!

A perfect example of going above and beyond. I went to the bank and completed a wire transfer. After an hour, I realized my email account was hacked and the money was sent to a fraudster’s account. In panic, I rushed to the bank, and it was almost bank closing time. The service I received from Ariannys Taveras was unparalleled. She was empathetic, assured me everything would be OK, and went above and beyond to ensure I got my money back.If it wasn't for her and Veronica (who helped), I wouldn’t have gotten the money back. Ariannys, You are a true reflection of excellent customer service. I appreciate all the efforts you have made to ensure I am not impacted. THANK YOU. Not sure if anyone from BOA will read this review; if yes, Hi BOA Leadership! Ariannys is a true asset to your organization and an excellent role model for unmatched customer service.

I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars. I do not know who runs this establishment but NOONE is ever on one page. One day they have refuse business clients from the main line, and then the next time you come and stand in the business line they make you go to the main line. I unfortunately have to deal with this bank because of my job, but if I didn’t I would NEVER come here. You will be in lines for 45 minutes. Everyone has their own different rules. It is very unprofessional. They have multiple people walking around while one person is helping a line of 15-20 people. I dread coming to this bank!!! Do yourself a favor avoid this bank at all cost!

Logic behind how they have 10 people working but only one person at the teller makes sense. They have a huge line and nobody helping out with it.

Every time I come here.There is 1 teller working. 5 people or more standing in the teller line..It's the worst during peak time. There should be peak time teller. No drive-thru teller services. 5 bankers ready to open new accounts. But just 1 teller. I don't want to use the ATM or mobile app.I want to interact with a human. I'm so annoyed with this location.

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could! This place is very unprofessional they had ONE banker taking care of 20 people! I was sitting in line for 45 minutes to take out my own cash. I informed the manager and she was very very disrespectful. I am highly disappointed in this location, this is NOT the last time they will be hearing from me!!!!!!

No one ever answers the phone. Trying to get a car loan and getting someone on the phone is near impossible. Inside service has always been decent minus wait times.

Long wait. They close the drive through and stressed out 1 Teller. When the drive through was open the 1 Teller has to go back and forth with customers inside the bank. As usual banks makes millions in profits but don’t want to pay employees to give customers good service.

I would think one of the largest and most profitable banks in the world could afford to properly staff their facilities. One single teller with the line going out the door. Clearly your customers' time is not important you'd rather we stand in line for 30 minutes than to adequately staff your banking centers. Do better.

NO Drive Thru !5 teller positions.1 teller.3 persons in front of me.30 minutes to get to the teller !8 people in line behind me by the time I got to the teller !Bring People Back to work !We do not all want to deal only with machines !

Monika, the banker who helped me yesterday, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my needs! She is the prime example of how customer service should be and I hope I’m able to meet with her every time I go to that BOA. It wasn’t even for my account-but my companies account-but she was so friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable. Thanks again Monika for all of your help!

Been coming here since 1998. Staff is friendly and always had numerous tellers available. The place has gone down a little over the years, but nothing to really report about. I do appreciate the ATMs at the front door and the drive thru. The ATMs at the drive thru are a little close together, but manageable.

The slowest drive through service in the county. Possibly competing with the DMV. Nice person attending window but does not make up for the time lost waiting.
