“I've been coming to their O'Rielly's since they first opened, but hadn't been in 5 years until tonight. One of the gentlemen working there I had met before, I believe he's the manager, and was extremely helpful even though he was on his way out and off the clock.
The other employee, Alejandro was also extremely helpful, kind, and friendly.
He made sure everything I got would be perfect for the work I need to do on my car. And it was.

“I initially had a very frustrating experience at this location. I rode my bike 3.5 miles to the store because a previously purchased torque wrench was malfunctioning. Since I didn't have a paper receipt, I asked an employee to look up my account using my phone number. He refused, claiming it wouldn't help, and was dismissive to my request, maybe because the store was closing in 15 minutes and he was already checked out. After he refused, I decided to purchase a different torque wrench. The other associate rang me up but didn't ask for my phone number to record the purchase, which caused me to snap at him out of frustration. When I got home, I realized this new wrench was uncalibrated. This meant another long trip back to the store, hoping I wouldn't lose the paper receipt. When I returned the next day, I immediately apologized to that second associate, realizing he was probably new and just doing his job. After that, the manager, Marius, completely turned my experience around. He provided a warranty replacement for the original wrench and even let me trade in the uncalibrated one for a gift card. His professionalism was top-class; he made me feel heard and valued. Top managers like him are why I love coming to O'Reilly Auto Parts for my vehicle needs. 5 stars!”
“I Just bought a used 2021 Outer reef In Ft Lauderdale getting it ready to head up to Nashville Tn I realized the previous owner was running the mains of the house batteries I switched the switches so the mains would start off their own batteries the engines would not turn over at all so I goggled dock side battery service found Batteries Etc. Called Daniel answered the phone set he would get a tech out that day are the next the tech called same day he checked batteries they were junk so he said he would come back in the morning replace them he showed up with batteries replaced them now mains start like they should off their own batteries.
Daniel and Phil were the best quick service and very knowledgeable.

“Be very careful when accepting recommendations from mechanics; O'Reilly recommended the worst mechanic in Pompano Beach to me. I mentioned to him—emphasizing that it was merely a *hunch* on my part—that I suspected the starter motor wasn't working. The guy came to my house and removed the starter without performing any kind of diagnostic test beforehand; he then made a phone call and asked me for $320 to purchase the part. The most surprising thing was that, the very next day, he sent me a text message letting me know he was already on his way to install the new part. I went outside to wait for him, and—much to my surprise—he was already finishing up the installation. He didn't give me an invoice, the car still isn't running, and I paid him $250 for the repair…
It is worth mentioning that the company mentions this professional recommendation service. I want to clarify that the service provided by the staff at this branch is top-notch—a perfect 10—but that mechanic the young woman recommended is someone to be wary of.”
