I have always regarded Best Buy as the place to go for amazing service. My most recent experience has changed my feelings.
This past Saturday they were scheduled to deliver a washer and dryer. We waited the entire day for them to notify me at the end of the day that they would need to reschedule. Unfortunately I now have to reschedule and blow another day. You would think that they would make my delivery a priority since they cancelled. They cancelled, not me!!
Now I’m having to be pushed back almost two weeks. Very pissed 😡

Been standing here now for over 10 minutes I have requested help from three different people I have requested a manager my timer says right now. I’ve been here for 11 minutes and 15 seconds. There have been six people that have come by not one person has offered assistance And not one of them was carrying anything or doing anything at the time I was asked my name told I was put on a list and left standing

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Went in to trade in 2 iPhone 14 & they accused me of trying to trade in fraudulent phones. Not only that, but they didn’t want to tell me WHY they are fraudulent. They got a police officer to speak to me & take me outside because they deemed me as “trespassing” and banned me from the store. FOR NO REASON. When I was outside, the police officer couldn’t tell me the reason they deemed it as “not an Apple product” & held me there for about 20-30 minutes with no word. I kept asking for the phones back if they weren’t going to accept the trade ins and they kept denying me the phones. So they wanted me to basically leave without the phones… like what? I legally and lawfully purchased these phones from clients and showed the police officer. I verified my S-Corp, my EIN & how I obtained the phones to the point that had to go inside to ask them for the phones for me because I was not allowed back inside. ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THIS WORLD. Very unprofessional and very low class of this store. They banned me but I regardless I would never ever return to this store of recommend this store to ANYONE. A manager with light eyes & skinny girl with curly hair both had very nasty attitude and assuming like if I had done something wrong. They did not want to give me their names. Worst experience ever. Unbelievable

Be sure how much they will pay for your trade in! On the website they say one thing, when you go to exchange, they will first ask you to erase your data, and then they will tell you how much they will pay for your device! I gave a used MacBook in excellent condition, not even a year old, and they lowered $150.00 in the appraisal for no reason! The attendant was Shane! Terrible service!

Waited about 10mins for assistance, nothing! I walked away to the phones and a sales person was walking by but asked for assistance got someone else not his dept. Another 15min to be told it's above his pay rate, that I would have to call directly to Apple to purchase an unlocked phone!! I would give a zero if I could!!!!

I was surprised when somebody from the staff show up at the printer section asking if we needed help 😳 usually nobody around or you have to wait a lot to find a person who help .

Very racist. Treats all the Caucasian’s like walking Gods putting them first while I’m having to wait 30 minutes to get serviced. The manager brushed me off & said I just had to wait while he walked off.
