Came into the store to look for a connector cable and the section where the cables were located was easy to spot. They had many different options of connectors, so I had to be very careful figuring out the exact item I needed. Sometimes I feel there's so many choices now for everything, it makes it so confusing to go shopping. Same with something like TV sets....there are hundreds of brands, sizes and options....for just watching TV.... That's the way our world is now....Choices, Choices, Choices...LOL....

Employees do not help you at this location Manager on Duty doesn’t have a clue. 2/03 1pm. Also this place recently had a shooting incident. I felt like I was in Walmart not coming here anymore

I went before the shooting. Poor customer service. Cater to a particular complexion. Not others. I think they should be reminded the color of our money is green too. Never judge a book by its cover. 9 pOut of 10 times u will be wrong with your negative comments

Not enough cashiers. Hard to get help with customer service issues. Call into geek squad is also difficult.

I placed an online order for a50 inch smart tv. When I got to the counter I had zero wait time and someone carried my tv and put it in my vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience.

Had an awful information-seeking ordeal – customer service representative lacked awareness of MacBook trade-in date limit, offered inaccurate factory reset information, estimating a 20+ hour process without considering laptop specs. Attempted to purchase an open box item listed on their website, endured a wait, only to be met by a lethargic sales assistant who asserted unavailability despite the item being clearly visible on the shelf. Frustrated, deciding to turn to Amazon. Surprisingly, the manager didn't intervene; she was preoccupied yelling at another customer about closing time and ushering customers toward the exit.

I visited this location on 2 occasions within a week to look for a new laptop and had the same experience on both instances. I walked around the laptop area where there were minimum of 3 - 4 store reps where perhaps one was attending to a customer and the others were behind their counter hanging out. 20 mins of walking around, stopping at the different lap top stations, lifting it to check the weight and actually trying to use a few of the displays.... Not on employees walked up to me in both occasions or acknowledged me even. This is disappointing as in any retail store acknowledging your customer is at the top of the list of things to do. For a company that offers only 12-18 month financing options in such a competitive market that offers the same pricing and up to 24 months of financing. You would believe customer service is what will set you apart. I unfortunately in this case would be more willing to go to another retailer or buy my product online.
