Prices not accurate on Bin95 website. Website says steel cut oats with brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins is $3.00, I was charged $5.00 this morning (2/20/24)

Ordered a 1/2 chicken with rosemary. When the dish arrived, it was 2 legs on a bed of mashed potatoes. This dish was $24. When I questioned the waiter where the breast was, they responded that the kitchen was out of breasts. I told him that was not acceptable. The manager came to our table and stated that a leg is considered a quarter chicken and that two legs equal a half. She said she could not offer a discount and the only thing she could do is offer something different. After waiting half an hour for my food already, I declined and sent it back without eating.Absolutely terrible customer service. Judging by the food received by the rest of my party, this place is an overpriced greasy spoon trying to masquerade as an upscale restaurant.Would recommend not wasting your money in this hole.

This restaurant is in the Renaissance hotel, which has a very special place in my heart because I had my wedding here. My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service was superb. Our waitress was extremely friendly and kind. She graciously gifted us dessert to celebrate our anniversary! With all that being said, we were a little sad the food fell a little short of our expectations. We loved the food we had at our wedding. Although they did not have the exact entrees we had on our wedding, we still ordered a steak and chicken dish. The chicken dish had this gravy sauce all over the chicken but it was very coagulated and in jelly chunks. It tasted fine but the appearance of it didn't look the most appetizing. The steak was lacking a little flavor and the truffle mac and cheese was just plain pasta, chunks of cheese and truffle oil.

The service provided by the server staff was phenomenal and they made us feel like family! We will definitely be back, the quality of food was superb and the cocktails were amazing.

Wow what an experience. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was fun. Great service. If you like deep dish pizza you will love this place. The chicken bau buns appetizer was flawless. You have to try the steak fried rice.

The Bin 595 Bar ? and grill restaurant is an excellent place to eat and enjoy your time in Florida located inside the Renaissance Hotel. Very nice atmosphere, and service was great, the staff made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The food was 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and the manager D was the nicest ? gentleman, big ups to my Jamaica ?? Bredrin. In conclusion, if you're ever in Florida and looking for a great place to eat don't hesitate to stop by the Bin 595 Bar and Grill. You won't be disappointed.

Enjoyed the Brussel sprouts. Service was great and the atmosphere is your traditional hotel restaurant. The spot was empty but the waitress was super nice and accommodating. I wish they had a few additional options on the menu.

Hi, marriott website says your closed for lunch I called, you're open! Asked to see menu online, it's not on your website, operator said no one could talk to me about it in the restaurant at 1057am and it's no where online? Thought you would want to know this lack of knowledge...

Perhaps a tad commercial, attentive bartender covers tables and bar for the early set and earns his 18% tip added by the mgmt. I prefer that Renaissance pay him a living wage and I tip for excellence, but this is not my world so I adapt. The well-crafted menu offers a few choices for everyone. I especially liked the Brussels sprouts. Location works for me too...cheers

We actually walked out on this reservation because no one was available for at least 10 minutes to seat us, although there were plenty of available tables. The person tending bar even walked away and never returned in the time that we waited. There weren't even any servers present. We tried talking to someone at the hotel desk but the wait to get to someone was long. If we couldn't get seated in a restaurant that wasn't even busy, we knew we wouldn't get served or fed in a timely manner, so we left and enjoyed another local restaurant. We wanted to let them know that we were leaving, but couldn't find anyone to tell them.

Amazing customer service. The street tacos were delicious. Staff greeted us always with a smile. Will definitely return to this hotel. The decor is stunning in the lobby and room.
