Called branch several times all ended up answered by the national representative. They emailed the branch but I've never received a call back. I verified with representative and they said the office is open to 5pm. I came to the branch at 4:15pm. The office is closed. After reading the reviews...their head quarter need to do something.

I went in here to open an account and move a good chunk of money from another bank. It was amazing how unhelpful they were. They stuck me in a corner and told me to do it online myself

Unresponsive Financial Advisors that don't match the exceptional Customer Service reputation of Charles Schwab. They will not pick up calls, respond to emails. Drove 40 mins to this location to drop off a check. Knocked at the door at 5:03pm, they looked at me and ignored me for 5 mins before they opened the door and sent me be back to mail the check or come back the next day. They could care less. There was no reason why they couldn't collect the check from me and process the next business day. Instead, they want me to waste gas and drive another 45mins just to drop off a check. This is the worst, disrespectful and most inconsiderable advisors. I'm re-considering by business with Schwaabs at this point, too bad.

At dealership buying a car and needed to see if the branch would do a cashiers check. I called and the plantation office in middle of the day was unable to take the call so was transferred to National number. The agent then transferred me again without completing the task.. called back after going through all the prompts and finally reached someone I asked the question they said they’d check and place me on a brief hold and 10 minutes later still hadn’t come back.

I usually get great customer service over the phone but when I went into the branch the lady at the front desk Yanet was very standoffish , not what I was expecting at all

Not sure what they do all day there. Advisors looking dashing but not busy and unable to answer my questions after 30+ years as a faithful investor. Too bad, I prefer the robots... The story continues. November 18 went to the branch to ask why my checks were bouncing when I had 13K available and requested credit for the penalties incurred. They couldn't give a reason and promised to call me with the answer but they never did... Called yesterday to close my investors checking account!

WE WENT YESTERDAY AND IF IT WEREN'T FOR PREETI KANTETI WE WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE OUR ISSUES. HAT SEEMED TO BE A VERY COMPLICATED ISSUE, WAS AN EASY FIX FOR HER. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. AN IMMENSE THANK YOU.

I would give them no stars if I could, On top of my previous review where I note that they ran a hard inquiry into my credit, and that it took 10 days for them to send my money to me, today I got a notice of overdraft, along with a $34.00 fee because Schwab made a ACH withdrawal from my account for the amount that they were supposed to send me, without authorization. I would also like to note that the address listed for them is not correct. They moved a while back and never changed the address on their website,
