After 20+ years as a Chase customer, my recent experience at this branch was utterly unacceptable.
I walked in, and despite no other customers being present, for personal banking talking to desk rep.
After a 10-minute wait, a personal banker finally approached me. I stated I needed to open a new account. Instead of asking relevant questions about my needs or current Chase status, she simply said she'd check if they could even accommodate me.
She disappeared for another 20 minutes, during which time she prioritized assisting a customer from the teller line. Finally, she returned, not to offer assistance, but to tell me I'd have to wait another hour or come back another day. This blatant disregard for my time and loyalty is appalling.
The complete lack of greeting, the extended wait times, the prioritization of other customers while I was left sitting, and the dismissive attitude all point to a severe lack of customer service training and potentially poor management at this location. This branch has clearly lost its focus on customer satisfaction.
As a result, I will keep business account at Axos Bank. I will be using different Chase branch closer to my home for my personal account which I never need to go into a branch anyways, one that hopefully values its customers.
This location needs a serious overhaul, starting with a new branch manager and comprehensive customer service training for all staff.

The staff at this location on Cleary most definitely require an extensive training on customer service. Not so much the tellers but the other staff who will walk in and out, sit at their desk chatting about non banking related matters all while customers are sitting there for hours waiting to be seen. What I witnessed today at this location, I will never step foot there again. Myself and at least 5 other families sat there for over an hour and not one of them came over to advise us on whether we should continue to wait or not. It wasn’t until I stood up almost 2hrs later and went to one of the tellers, we all learned that they were only working based on appointments today. The guy and the lady customer service agents did not acknowledge us at all and seemed to not want to be bothered for the day.

Nobody answers the calls, the customer service is very bad, nobody gives you an answer to the questions, they tell you to do everything online or on the Internet and it's not the only one, all the chees happen the same thing, they never have a person to help you can advise

Walked in around 3pm, there was a lady in front of me and one agent helping another customer. After 20 minutes, an agent asked what I was there for and I told him I wanted to open a personal account. He comes back 10 minutes later and tells me I need to make an appointment for tomorrow because for some reason they can’t do it today. I waited 30 minutes for absolutely nothing. Mind you, they close at 5pm so I’m not sure why 2 hours before closing they couldn’t help me. I’m not even a member yet and I’m already disappointed with their service. Seriously reconsidering my decision to open an account with them.

Simply horrible service. Had an appointment with Bernardo (scheduled 3 weeks in advance) to create a business bank account, and come to find out he's not here. Very rude and unhelpful staff. Wasted an entire day since I took off of work, for a very important meeting and this is very unprofessional. Did not offer an apology. The appointment was confirmed and reminded via text and email. Shameful.

Today I had to open an account for my daughter walked into the bank and ask can I open an account this one guy said no you need an appt. Mind you bank is completely empty. Bernardo was the only reason why I gave this bank a 4 star because he was like I can do it. Bernardo is absolutely fantastic and you are a 5 star in my book and would definitely go there just for you to help me with all my banking and business needs. Thanks again

They didn't attend to me and I already had an appointment, not professionals, I wasted time. It is the second branch that I have been to, the building is empty and I have to make an appointment to open an account.

If its not a new account then forget about going to this branch, call the 800 number or try the app for a different branch.. why bother opening Saturday if you are gonna have the Lead Teller run the branch. Very poor service.

Never a banker at this location, banker is either out on training, or sick or worst of all no banker at the location at this time. I'm rethinking who I'm using for my business account. (Story) I went to 3 locations within 3 mile radius and was told they only had one banker for the day and I would have to make an appointment. Same day I than went to 2 other locations and was told the banker was out sick and the other banker was out on training, so no bankers at a bank, crazy thought. my best bet was to made an appointments. So I made an appointment for the following week. On the day of my appt hours before my appt I was called and my appointment was canceled cause the banker is sick and I would have to reschedule for the following week.

This is a big ATM WITH A BUILDING ATTACHED TO IT. The lack of customer service it's so disgusting made me look for other bank to do Business.

I went to this bank yesterday to get a cashiers check and check on a debit card which should’ve been delivered by now. I had a young man check on my debit card and while doing so I mentioned I needed the cashiers check in which he directed me to go to the teller. I stood in line for about 15 min without anyone even acknowledging me. Keep in mind there were plenty of employees around. I finally got fed up and walked out. Once outside they came and called me to come back in so they can help me. My point here is, it took for me to walk out of the place for them to even acknowledge me standing there. The guy who helped me from the beginning could have taken care of that and I would’ve been on my way. Especially considering I’m a “Chase Private Client”- which is not even a biggie for me, but normally they’re much more professional than that. I’ll stick to the branch on Pine Island from now on.
