This is the most unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. They are very slow to ship orders and customer service ranges from outright lies to an unwillingness to care about customer concerns. Go elsewhere with your money.

Products are flawed. Waistbands have snapped on first wear, with not much force. Chef coat had missing button.

Terrible online service, kept being told my order was processing when I called it said shipped when I tracked it. No correspondence via email which I asked for everytime I called. Go with Happy chef faster basic ground shipping! Better quality
