The cashier lady (Afro look) has a very bad attitude, it's the second time that my wife goes inside the gas station to purchase and this lady is on the phone and doesn't pay attention to customers, also she never gives the change back, it was just few cents, but still, you need your change back, unless you decide otherwise.
This review is to the owner and/or manager of this gas station. Please do something to correct this situation.

Would not let me use the restroom, the lady said I had to buy something, apparently filling up my tank before I went in wasn't good enough. Won't waste another dollar here.

Everytime I come here the car wash is down no matter what. The cashier told me the car wash was down as I watched someone go in and use the car wash. Dont recommend coming here.

Car wash doesn't perform all the features from the list, wheel wash, dry, NO BRUSHES AT ALL. Wheel wash is included in price list but the car wash machine doesn't have that feature in their list. Really disappointed on the costumer service when i reach out to them for help when i had my car left with foam in the front and wheels not cleaned. They wanted to give a car wash ticket from the lowest price(3.99$) when i paid the 12$ , I had to persuade to at least receive another car wash to remove the foam stuck in my car.

At 10:00 pm the casher close the doors for cash the register and we waiting out side until he's finish, for 20 minutes cash register playing in his phone ,too slow and alot of customers left mad like me because they waiting for nothing

September 4, 2023 at about 7:25 PM I went into the store to play the lottery. I brought in with me 2 winning tickets. After filling out my lottery cards I took everything to the cashier. Luis was the cashier on duty. He played my lottery cards. The total was $15. I paid with a $20 bill. I asked Luis about the 2 winning tickets I had. He initially said sorry no, but went and checked the tickets again. I won $15 on one ticket and a free ticket on another. Luis gave me the $15 from what I won. I asked him about the free ticket. He said sorry nothing. Luis got distracted! When he was playing my tickets a young lady and her boyfriend came inside to buy beer or something. As the girl was walking away, Luis was looking at her rear end. When she walked out the door he even went to the window to stare. Even while the young lady's boyfriend was still inside paying for their purchase. Luis was totally distracted. That's why when he initially checked my ticket and the machine printed my free ticket he tossed it. I thought what he was crumpling up was the validation ticket. Not my free ticket. The older gentleman that was in the store with him came over and was trying to help him figure things out. They even looked in the garbage for my free ticket. They didn't find it! I never received the $5 change from the lottery purchase. He just gave me the winnings. I wanted to play those numbers from the winning fantasy 5 ticket that he threw away so I asked him back for my old ticket, which has "winning ticket" now stamped across the front. I went to scratch a new lottery card. When I returned to the front to play. Luis and the other gentleman were engaged in a conversation. Luis then says sorry and takes back my $15 that I won. They were saying I owe them $15. But I was trying to explain I paid $20. How could I owe. Luis and the other guy speak no English and I speak no Spanish. We had a hard time understanding each other. I tried using Google translate. Then eventually the other gentleman that worked with Luis opens an app on his phone. I explained I gave Luis $20 and I won $15. So how do I owe you. He finally understood. But only partially. By this time I was so flipping frustrated I just wanted to leave. They gave me $15. The older gentleman apologized over and over. But I am short $5 and a free ticket. I'm never going back here. Then I tried reaching out to Chevron you think someone from customer service would at least reach back out to me acknowledging that I even sent in a complaint. Nope! If one person doesn't speak English then the other rep should to avoid stuff like this because obviously Luis was totally distracted by a woman's tail and couldn't focus on anything else. Ffs!!!!!

Just stopped in to grab a couple of sodas. The store doors are locked and all transactions are done thru a window. The clerk was polite and quickly grabbed what I needed and passed the drinks thru a drawer. Quick, easy transaction.

Last night at 8:33pm I went to buy some powerball tickets for an elderly person and was treated extremely poorly. I gave the power ball slip to the cashier who was a guy and mentioned that I need power play and double play and he said okay. Upon receiving the tickets I realized that they did not have double play and power play so I mentioned that. Another cashier who was a lady came to the counter and started yelling at me because I refused to take the wrong tickets. She then grabbed everything I had in my hand and yelled that I would not get anything and told me to get out. It was clear that I was targeted because I was black!!I have never ever ever been treated in this manner. Everyone who knows me knows that I’m always positive and treat everyone with the most respect. This behavior that I received is not acceptable and I will be reporting this issue everywhere possible.
