Very unfriendly. I go through the drive through because in the store they see you but don’t acknowledge you. In the drive through your still not acknowledged they take your name & dob but your treated like dirt. If they could throw your prescriptions in your face they act like they would do it. CVS Corporate is no better.

I have had nothing but the best experiences at this CVS location. The pharmacy team has taken great care of me over the years. They work hard to make sure my treatments are safe and effective without making it overly difficult to fill my many prescriptions. Store staff are polite and helpful. Top notch location!

Worst customer service. Even the pharmacist was disrespectful and racist. I'm switching my pharmacy location because of this. The lead technician Mery also had a stink attitude and was very unprofessional. When I spoke to the pharmacist she did not defuse the situation instead she gave me a rude remark.

This CVS is nice and well laid out, when I walked in, one of the ladies greeted me with a nice warm "Hello, welcome to CVS".It's nice when customers are being acknowledged and not been treated just like one more.I went to use my 40$ off coupon and I got some items for the bathroom. The shelves were nicely stocked and the lady at the check out was also very friendly.

If I could just give no stars at all . I ll do it, From the Pharmacist on down the customer service is the worst I've ever experience .When trying to pick up medicines that were not ready after they texted me to pick up. and to pick up the "free" covid 19 test available,They made me go back home to get an approval from my insurer (AETNA)and then they will give me a time for a pickup. Unfortunately I wasn't able to even sign in since I wasn't recognize either by name or ins, #, or multiple issues.Called customer service 800 line and was told that they couldn't help me sign in but were willing to take an app.for the prescription and charge me a fee , for a free service approved by medicare.I am only one person that will change pharmacies but I hope that they change and help the next senior citizen that needs help.

So, this review has nothing to do with the pharmacy. I arrived with my elderly Mom at around 6:30 on a Saturday. We came in specifically for the Scott 12 roll that was on sale. When we walked in, there were no carts to be found. We spoke presumably to the manager and he said "we have no carts, people steal them, you know how this neighborhood is" which was a complete turn off. We proceeded to get the toilet paper which was, naturally, out of stock. I asked for a rain check and the cashier had no idea where to get the information. I showed him the item on my phone. He said they no longer have flyers. Really? We then proceeded to use a rain check from a previous visit for a 19 count pouch of "All" but the cashier did not know how to ring it up. Naturally, he called the manager who proceeded to tell us that it was the incorrect product, referring to it as 19 "capsules" and this was 19 "pods". I mentioned that the rain check showed 19 "ct" which actually stands for "count". He told us the product number didn't match the bag, even though everything this else matched up. I guess it's now my responsibility to check your items numbers when a rain check is issued. Better, yet, I think I will just start shopping else where, maybe in a "better neighborhood " ? Very disappointed as CVS has always been my "go-to" store since acquiring Eckerd Drugs. Time to revisit my choices.

At appears I'm not the only one and CVS is doing nothing about this. ASHLEY the pharmacy manager or whatever she is has to be the worst employee of all time!!! I heard her callMe a JEW and then would. It give me my medicine. I filed with the board and hoping cvs will help!!!

If I could get this location zero stars I would the pharmacy manager Ashley has got to be the most low class woman I have ever spoken to you in my life her stuff he's completely uneducated when it comes to having customer service and how to speak to a customer one bringing up an issue although I was frustrated she simply said I could leave with having no respect I am changing pharmacies and I can guarantee you will not be recommending this place to anyone it is as low class as they come.
