The CVS Photo location receives mixed reviews. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially in the pharmacy, where staff answer questions patiently and professionally. However, wait times can be frustrating, particularly after 5 pm when the pharmacy is very busy, and delays of 30 minutes or more are common. Appointment times at the MinuteClinic are sometimes not honored, with patients waiting longer than scheduled, and some customers feel that walk-in patients are seen before those with appointments. In the store section, shoppers find a good selection of grooming items and can save money by using digital coupons and weekly discounts through the CVS app. Self-checkout is available and often used to avoid staff interaction. For printing photos, customers have experienced efficient service, notably from staff members who handle last-minute issues patiently and professionally. Overall, while the staff's attitude is generally positive, wait times and appointment punctuality are areas where the service could improve. Customers are encouraged to plan visits during less busy hours and to utilize the app for discounts, which can make purchases more affordable.

I was in the store to print photos, and ran into a problem about 25 minutes before closing time. Luckily Dejonice, who clearly had a lot to do before closing, very efficiently and patiently took care of the problem. I have also had good experiences with the male employee who was there.
