CVS has become a go-to store for many customers due to the various savings and products it offers. The staff, including Ms. Knight and Fernando, are knowledgeable and willing to assist customers. Customers have reported receiving excellent service and being welcomed like a member of the CVS family. The pharmacy department is always great, and the pharmacist is quick to respond and handle any issues. The store is small but nice, with good attention from the staff, especially in the pharmacy area, where they have supported customers in communicating in Spanish. Overall, CVS is praised for its cleanliness, organization, reasonable prices, and very good customer service.

Ms.Knight and the members of her staff make for a wonderful shopping experience at this CVS location. The store is well kept well stocked and the pharmacy staff are also extremely friendly.

If you are shopping at the CVS on Broward Blvd, Plantation make sure that you are checking everything thoroughly before you leave the store. I purchased 2 boxes of Liquid IV and both the boxes were previously opened and there were missing sachets in the boxes. Don't let that happenn to you.
