Sruthi has to be one of the most exceptional customer service employees I have ever seen in action! She caught my attention when she suddenly opened up a SECOND register and started hopping back and forth between the two, in order to thin the long customer line! Her interest in taking care of us all and being the best she could be was simply amazing to watch.I was inspired and proud to finally see someone else with my own high standards springing into action like that. Sruthi rocks!!!

This location is the worst. The cashier bad attitude. We bought a gift card . The numbers were erased . Came back w gift receipt from cvs and were told that was between us and the card issuer??? Really . The card issuer hasn't replaced the gift card in 4 months. Cvs only cares about the pharmacy disgusting the goods inside the don't care at all. Shame.

When I need meds from the CVS on 7155 w Broward Blvd, and o see the pharmacist McKenzie, I know, for a fact, the my experience would be the most careing and professional experience possible. McKenzie and her team are the rock stars of the pharmacy on W Broward Blvd. Thank you McKenzie for all that you do. I know the job is t easy, but you make the experience acceptable..

My son and I was racially profiled. I went to buy a gift card. He told me he's unable to sell gift cards after 8 PM. There is no sign listed in the store that states I cannot buy a gift card after 8 PM. Josh also told me when I ask why because if I walked him out of $500 how would he get his $500 back? I was only trying to get a $25 gift card for my sons friends birthday. This is ridiculous and corporate will be notified regarding the starting stipulations and starting stores. I went to another local CVS and was able to purchase the gift card when called and asked what was the store managers name he was very short and a brat and treated me as if I was nothing.

Ximena is an excellent customer service. Thank you. When I looking for my meds the customer service at the drug window are very helpful. I personally always looking for a young girl, Ximena; she has been helping my parent in spanish since there is nobody else who speak the language; However, the whole team help me as fast as they can and have my meds on time.. Great place to go.

Our family is not just very satisfied with the work of the pharmacists of this FAC. We are very grateful to all the staff of this pharmacy\ and especially Manisha. Unfortunately, I do not know the correct name of her position.\ My wife has suffered a severe stroke and has to take many different medications. Unfortunately, sometimes doctors do not carefully check the compatibility of the drugs they prescribe with the drugs that were previously prescribed to the wife. Employee Manisha checks medicines for compatibility very carefully and always helps if such problems arise. She tells you when to ask your doctor to check drug compatibility.

This CVS has the best pharmacy staff ever. They know each one of my children by name and they have always made sure get our medications even if they have to send us to another store. I appreciate them and the store manager is my favorite as well. Store is clean and always neat.

I stopped at this CVS to get some snacks as I was on my way to visiting friends. The store is part of a strip mall, so parking is in the open plaza lot. Not a problem, the plaza is very large and there's plenty of spaces right in front of the store. The store is a bit smaller than other CVS stores I have been to, but they did have a good selection of snacks to choose from. Their generic brand called Gold Emblem is a good quality private label that carries a large selection of nuts, salty snacks, chips, popcorn, etc....they also have some unique flavors that you might not be able to find when shopping national brands. When they are on sale (which happens often) or when I use a coupon, it's great deal....

Today, 6/22/22, went in to pickup medication after placing an order a week ago online. Gave her my name to look me up in the system and was notified that there was nothing in the system, and nothing was processed. The rude young lady there took my name, DOB, and told me that it would take 24 hrs to process and sent me away. The way she handled the situation made me feel like my order was not going to be processed anytime soon. She obviously has NO people skills, NO knowledge of online orders or transfers, NO customer service, and did everything in her power to get us out of her face. So I walked away, took my time to find the confirmation number, and made the line again to speak to the someone else. Alex, the technician, was really nice and went ahead and tried to help us. However, he was unable to and asked for support from the pharmacist. She then came and was questioning them both why the issue wasn't fixed from the beginning. She again told me it would be 24hrs and that's when I put my foot down and said "no I need this ASAP today because it's been almost a week." The pharmacist apologized and said it might have been a "glitch" in the system and that she will text me today and get working on the process. I do not believe in a "glitch" in the system and should not have been given the run around for it. Especially, since I had a confirmation number and a order placed a week ago. It could have been handled from the beginning from ONE person not the whole staff. Clearly there is a lack of training at this store and I want to notify everyone of my experience so you do not have to go through this too. Someone above should help this store. Just because there is ONE BAD APPLE at CVS, it will not stop me from going to CVS. P.S. I would have put 0 stars but was not given the option to. Alex will take the 1 star.

Rude and unhelpful pharmacy staff that doesn't answer the phone, then hangs up on you, then puts you on hold and never returns to the call. I will be transferring my scripts out of here.
