For a German company, these people are sloppy. These people have the real time data to know if your package will be delivered on the estimated day, yet they will not update their system to tell you otherwise. They will waste your time (money) and keep you waiting, even when they've known all day that it's not gonna happen.

Has gotten every international shipment I've had from Mexico in the past 3 months wrong. Will state that documents haven't been provided after we have submitted all the documents and I'm working with three different DHL employees on one shipment and none of them communicate with each other... I don't understand how your company makes money

A joke!!! DHL customer service is beyond horrible and let's not even get into the international shipping. This company maybe the cheapest to ship and referred to as one of the best but I can personally say between DHL and customs they are the most fraudulent unethical service I have ever utilized. First and last .. Do yourself a favor use any other company not this one ..Package promised delivery on June 12,2023 today is June 26,3023 still sitting in customs. Customs trying to charge the amount for the items. DHL wants us to pay for a broker!! Pure insanity you can get a plane ticket and deliver it personally for the foolishness and run around this company and customs has going on in Jamaica something 100 is costing over 400 um yeah something off nig time frauds.

I cringe every time I see a DHL tracking number on an online order of mine. They always seem to experience a delay in shipping and have no clue where your package is days after it was supposed to be delivered.

Horrible service on my area for the last 2 years they always lie saying ''Delivery attempt'' when nobody come to my house to deliver the packages, over 15 packages with same issue always same thing, I would not recommend this carrier.

I am sure DHL is generally a very serious and efficient company but unfortunately in my case it has been a total disaster sofar.I entrusted them with a VERY important and urgent shipment ( an envelope ) on December 12th and today is the 16th and still has NOT left the origin MIAMI !! With VERY unclear, confusing, contrasting, missing, vague updates given when tracking ! The messages went from green " in Transit ", to " left the transit location " back to yellow "On Hold " to a message, all written in red , telling me to contact DHL CS because "One or more delivery options has been disabled by the sender or due to reasons linked to domestic operations ...! " when I called DHL both at origin and at destination NO ONE was able to do anything more than " update my file " with my comments ! NO ONE was able or willing to escalate my call to a supervisor..... .and NONE of the people handling my file ever called me to update me personally on what they were doing ! And...the sender NEVER called DHL to stop the delivery !!I had to call them every single time to ask for updates and explanations !! This is an ongoing issue and my shipment has still not moved by an inch ! And I don't know why. Awful !UPDATE : after being contacted by the "Executive Response and Customer Care" in US , my envelope has finally been delivered on Monday 19th . Thank you.

Absolutely worthless website. Tracking number that it provides is huge but the phone system says it can only be 10 digits. Your own systems don't even know each other and that's why DHL is garbage. I can't get hold of a human no matter what I do but you got layers and layers of robots stopping me from getting the help I need. Thanks a lot it's Christmas and I need to get some packages

DHL does not care when they make mistakes. Their whole not system is set up such that there’s no way for the system to accept DHL made the mistake. I spent Dec 23-29 sending messages, talking to polite associates with no authority who could only shove the problem to tomorrow. Instead of five people getting their Christmas presents, I guess DHgL is having to return the package for heavy reimbursements. DHL is too big to care in the slightest.

This has been the most ridiculous experience ever. I trust this company to send a package and they don’t even deliver it and now they want me to pay them $600 or they will dispose my package. This is inbelievable, never will I send anything from here again. Customer service cannot give me a response I’m telling them to return my package to me and they can’t do that unless I pay the $600.

Don’t ever ship anything with DHL to the Dominican Republic, especially if the receiver is not a citizen. There was no warning posted nor a verbal warning giving about this country’s unfairness custom regulations. My package shipped since October 29th, we’re in December now It’s still stuck in customs. I have done everything they’ve asked. I even pay the ridiculous amount of taxes they asked for, and that was refunded back to me. They are keeping my package, finding every reason not to clear it.I need to file a claim to get reimbursed for the package’s contents. I’m very frustrated .

On December 16th, a driver in Dallas, Texas stated he delivered my package, yet there is nothing on camera. For 5 days, I have been told the driver admitted he never delivered my package and they are attempting to recover it. On top of that, I have been told they will not pay me for my missing package. I am over this. This is the second time this has happened. Why are the drivers lying and stealing packages. This was for my business and I'm losing money. I am also going to reach out to a lawyer in regards to this. DO NOT USE DHL for your delivers

Whoever Melissa Gregory is in that company has horrible customer service! I haven’t been able to get anything resolved my package is lost and they lost my package even with the correct address and my package was delivered next to a trash can! The worst experience ever and it’s been a month!

Took items I bought in Orbatello Italy and dropped at dhl service center… packages still have not arrived and dhl has been less than helpful in assisting with tracking their whereabouts…don’t ever use them!

I waited outside my building till 10pm the driver never showed up at my apartment still reported he couldn't deliver! I want to file a complaint something isn't right this is wrong on so many levels.
