It was my first time at this Dillard’s. Mina the attendant in the woman’s department was knowledgeable, helpful, beautiful and graceful. She made my shopping experience a pleasure.

Their pickup process could be better. Called number only to receive VM message. Had to call into the store. They were quick to get it to my car once the call was received.

Janie in the intimates section is an amazing life changer who should be celebrated! I'm a tired mom of 2 and stopped in this past weekend to grab another bra. I noticed my fit might be a little off so when she suggested starting with a fitting, I happily took her up on it. Go figure I was wearing the wrong size. And she totally nailed it. I explained what I was looking for and she pulled a few (many) to try, walking me through all the reasons I needed to go tighter in the band even though I was very resistant. Well I wore my new bra today for the first time and it was, dare I say, as far as bras go, pretty comfortable all day! And the best parts: first of all my posture was better than it normally is! Second, when I took it off at the end of the day, I realized I hadn't even really felt the weight of my breasts all day because I had been so well supported! This might be a weird place for this review but if you'd like your bra life changed - run don't walk to see Janie!

Neva in Hand Bags is the best! I saw a Kurt Geiger Clutch online. Unfortunately you could not call due to how busy the stores were 4 days before Christmas. Darling Neva calls all the sales people on their cellphones to locate the bag. This is why I exclusively shop at Dillard's! The sales staff in Cremuiex and Handbags and Men's shoes are top notch. They always seem to be more knowledgeable then competing department stores. Unfortunately Neva could not locate the bag. But her efforts are so greatly appreciated. Truly above and beyond the call of duty.

Today my husband and I have the best experience at this location. Greig in the men’s big and tall section was absolutely amazing. He has the best customer service I have ever experienced at this location. However, one of his managers made us felt very uncomfortable the way she treated Greg while he was delivering excellent customer service to us, that manager should be retrained. I hope that the store manager or district manager of Dillards takes the time to appreciate this associate. He was very knowledgeable about the type of Suits you all custom make. Also, even though the section was extremely busy at the time he did try to give each and every customer his full attention. He truly went over and beyond with outfitting my Husband.
