I don’t know who own this Dollar tree but better hire more cashier. It’s completely disrespectful the long line with one cashier only while manager and other people working are looking because they weren’t hire to cashier I guess.

Terrible experience today, I asked the cashier (some hispanic lady with glasses) to get the price of an item because it didnt have the barcode on it. She asks her manager how much it is and rings it up for me no problem. Then, she proceeds to start scanning the lady’s items behind me after moving the divider the lady placed in front of her items, which clearly separated her stuff from the one thing i was buying. The lady behind me speaks up before I do and alerts the cashier that she started scanning her items, and what does the cashier do? She immediately starts blaming and chastising me for “not paying attention” and asks why I didnt say anything and that I was holding up the line. This idiot cashier then says that I need to PAY THE LADY BEHIND ME $1.25 for my item so that she doesnt have to DO HER JOB and get her manager to correct her mistake on the register. Instead of taking the blame for scanning the other lady’s items since there was a clear divider between the lady’s items and my one item, this unprofessional cashier began speaking to me like a child, all while there was a line, which greatly embarassed me. Everyone shopping at dollar tree knows theres going to be a line. I myself am a cashier and when I make a mistake at my job I would NEVER blame the customer even if the customer is negligent. She wasnt even the only cashier at a register so for her to be panicking about a line while holding it up because she’d rather yell at me about her mistake was really ridiculous and humiliating. It would have taken less time to resolve the issue by immediately getting her superior, but such a simple solution would have taken half a brain!

It was OK. Little miffed that they're raising prices once again. Some things that once were $1.25 are now $3.00. Bigger sizes now $3.00 and brand names. Be careful and look at the shelf you're picking from to make sure it says $1.25. It's not a true dollar store anymore. Legally they should change the name from DollarTree to DollarS Tree.

Location always has 1 cashier working the register causing the line to back up while other workers are sometimes non-existent. Store can also be a little more tidier.

Sufficiently large and comfortable place. They offer everything from school supplies, personal hygiene and general cleaning products to food. In addition, they always have objects to decorate according to the celebrations. I love balloons and everything about parties. The lady who was at the checkout this afternoon should be kinder and more patient. However, I always go and other people have served me in a more polite manner. It is located in a shopping center that has a very large and comfortable parking lot.
