The WORST customer service manager with blonde hair Spanish lady super rude I have filed numerous complaints yet she’s still there . Today an experience with another employee who was very rude also I get the feeling she was lying about what her position was I was trying to exchange an item I received as a gift not wanting money back and she said we stopped doing that which I did recently and she stated no we stopped in January which I could tell she was lying the other employee standing there looked embarrassed not to mention the item I was purchasing was 30 dollars more on top of the money I would get back so not good sales people and she really doesn’t belong in any type of customer service with that short attitude and not even an apology just entitled that’s the last time I shop there I’m sure they will be out of business soon with the type of staff they have. Also looking very unprofessional.

I ordered a jumpsuit on-line. The next day I received an email saying it was ready to be picked up. Before going I called and asked what department store is it closest to. The lady that answered didn’t know the answer. When I got there it seemed like she wanted to get rid of me so she told me my package wasn’t there. Then turned around and it was there. I tried it on, it didn’t fit, I wanted to return it and she had the same bad attitude.

My recent visit to Express at the Broward Mall was not a pleasant one. I went in to return an item that I purchased from another Express store and I was refused the return. The so called manager could not give me a valid reason for not accepting my return even though I had proof of purchase and was within the return window. She was awful, incredibly rude and extremely unhelpful. She simply did not want to work or help customers out.

I had such a great customer service experience here! The yoing lady who assisted me was so knowledgeable about the inventory. I went in for one pair of pants and left with 3! I definitely recommend

Rickey was so awesome I took my little brother in to get a suit for homecoming knowing nothing about men’s fashion and he helped with everything, was so sweet, and patient the entire time. My brother feels much more confident now after Rickey’s help.

My recent visit to Express at the Broward Mall was not a pleasant one. I went in to return some items that I got from the Express store at Pembroke Lakes Mall. I had my receipt with me and both the items (and the only items) on the receipt. The items that I purchased were BOGO Free but I was returning both, so in that sense, I should be getting a full refund. However, the employees at Express did not understand that.The store associate that started the return process gave me a refund of $119.99 when I paid $129.39. She handed me the return receipt and started to walk away when I asked her why there was a difference in the return and purchase price. She stated that it was because I made a donation of $10, but I indicated that it was a $1 donation which does not explain the ~$8 difference. She then stated that it was because the tax is not refunded, which again does not make sense as I was returning everything I purchased so it should be refunded.She then called over another associate, Ika, who was beyond rude. She came up, looked at the receipt and started making excuses that it was a promotion of BOGO but I explained to her that I was returning everything so the promotion should not matter. Ika then also said it was because the tax isn’t refunded. I tried to ask for a reasoning as I was returning everything, but she just looked at me and said “the tax is NOT refunded,” dropped the receipt and walked away. As they were being rude and not willing to help, I took the receipt and left. I then contacted the Express Customer Service number and was told I should have received a full refund, tax included.I typically would not care over a few dollars, but there is a principle of getting a full refund when returning products and a proper way the employees should have handled the situation. Instead, they did not understand what was going on, made excuses, and made me feel like I was bothering them. It was an upsetting experience and the employees were very unprofessional. I would not recommend Express if these are the employees they have as associates to represent them.

Ricky went above and beyond for me. I called about a couple pairs of socks I needed for a wedding. He was able to locate me 4 more at a nearby location. Customer service was excellent! Will definitely come back and shop.

The Express team members in this store are extremely helpful!! They went above and beyond to find me a special pant I needed for an interview. It took something because the pant could not be located in the store. Huge shout-out to the gentleman who after doing a second search, went around the back to locate exactly what I needed...which was the last of it's kind in the store that day!! I am very tall so it's difficult to find pants anywhere. So great to know I can count on the amazing team at Express, Broward Mall. Thank you so much guys!!! ??

I haven’t had such an AMAZING customer service experience in a while. Ricky (pretty sure he is the store manager) helped me out today with a return, and he went above and beyond, making sure everything was taken care of.

I love Express, they have a great selection of trendy clothes for men and women and they have tons of coupons that go into your email inbox if you sign up for their rewards program. This store, like many other ones I have been to, had a nice section of clearance and sale items...so I saw some shirts and jeans for about 75% off regular retail. I do find that their clothes fit me well, so this is one of my "to go" places for clothes. Almost every day they do have their Buy One get one 50% off....to me the best deal is to check online for their sale and clearance items for the best selection and inventory. The staff that I encountered here was very pleasant and very welcoming. Nice place to shop for bargains....
