You cant drop off just anything. Only certain items are accepted and nowhere on my return request did it say that. Nothing against the people or service provided but whats the point of a drop off location if I can't drop off. Its a 10lb package at most and about the size of a laptop so you cant even tell me that its a size issue.

If you require any support at all for your drop off, avoid this location. Not very helpful. I've been to other Walgreens drop offs like the one in Weston Road , they are resourceful and willing to find a solution for you no matter what.
