I discovered that THIS LOCATION DID NOT FOLLOW PROTOCOL with LABEL I HAD HELL AND QUESTION THIRD DEGREE BECAUSE WHEN THE SENDER WANTED TO ADD MY NAME AS RECIPIENT that agent said it is not necessary!
I am going to submit everything to the highest level because 25 years I used the FEDEX 11234 to get my items sent from family and friends and this is the FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING THIS HORRIFIC ENCOUNTER!
The SENDER SAID THAT THEY WOULD NEVER USE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN TO SEND ME ANYTHING!

Went to make a return. They have no tape, no labels, the lady has no idea what she's supposed to do. Like, safe your time and go somewhere else. I'm sure they'll be happy if you do.
