Worst FedEx location i have ever been to , Emploees don’t care about helping clients, specifically the tall store manager , terrible customer service , use another location if possible

Extremely rude customer service this gentleman in store couldn’t answer one simple question and hung up with a sarcastic attitude. Do you hate your job that much? Geez.

45 minutes. That’s how long I waited to get one 15-page document printed. I walked out without a document. The one person working the counter was moving slowly. When it was my turn, I was asked for my teacher discount code. I’ve had so many copies made there with a teacher discount and have never been asked for a code. I was told a Google search would reveal the code they need; it did. Next step: email them the document. Did that. Next step: wait for FedEx to send you a retrieval code via email. Was never received. Checked spam; checked clutter. Nothing. There were no problem-solving efforts made by anyone working there. I was simply told, “sometimes it takes 30 minutes or longer to get a retrieval code.” Meanwhile, the signage in the store says the code arrives “in a few minutes.” 45 minutes I’ll never get back, and with nothing to show for it.

I came to this FedEx location to pick up a book, and I was blown away by how amazing the service was. The staff assisted me with picking up the pages and explained everything clearly, professionally, and in such a friendly way.
I’ll admit—I was a bit hesitant to come here because of some of the reviews I’d seen online. But my experience was the complete opposite. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, and they made the process super easy.
This place is wonderful, and if I could give it 10 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!

Gill service was extremely horrific. Said no tape he can't help tape a product. Made me change boxes understandable then I came back and scanned 20 packages before he helped. 12:41pm

Waited 20 minutes to do a simple return from Walmart to be told I have to pay for “something for them to put it in” when clearly the Walmart app says to bring the items in its container and fedex will take care of it. NOPE! Sooooo slow service and terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time.

This office is a disaster. Always big lines and is extremely slow. Not enough people serving the customers. Change the system like ups do.

Wow I’m amazed by the worse customer service on this store, I tried to ship one small box and they made me change the box 3 times just because they wanted to sell me their box and the lady around 65 years old says if you don’t have brown box you can ship it, freaking worse experience for something that simple :(, I went to another store they didn’t asked and received the package. Definitely not coming back for headaches on this store 😡👎

I’m really disappointed with the service I received at this location. I came in to return two unopened sets of Post-its that were no longer needed for work. I had the original receipt, and the items were purchased just a few days ago. Instead of helping me, the employee flat-out refused to process the return and told me I had to go back to the original store—12 miles away—for something that cost less than $10.
As someone who worked in retail for over 16 years, I know that this situation could have easily been handled right then and there. The refusal felt more like a lack of willingness to help than any real policy issue. It’s frustrating when a company’s customer service doesn’t reflect basic courtesy and common sense.
I expected better from FedEx Office, and I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions for others.

I ship packages routinely from this location. Depending on who’s working, the younger staff consistently make mistakes on the shipping destination. Most can’t even copy the address without making repeated mistakes or typos. You need to triple check the recipient address is correct.

So I’ve been a regular for years, but the staff has never acknowledged me or even know my name, much less ever greeted me with warmth and kindness. On top of that, there’s this older heavy set lady with an 80’s haircut that was super rude with me when she told me I could no longer use my teacher discount. Then yesterday, this rude employee literally didn’t want to add money to my printing card because they tend to set up early to close so they can go home early. I made it 10 minutes before they closed but their stupid machine was not working and I really needed to scan some important documents for work, and I was working late that day so I couldn’t make it earlier, but they could careless and basically were kicking me out. They would not add the money because that meant they would have to count the register again in other words they don’t want to work. It’s called having curtesy and showing customer service! I will not be going there anymore. I don’t recommend them at all. Go to Office Depot, they even close late! And the staff isn’t rude. They truly have very rude staff! Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Had a big printing job that needed to be done asap. They were incredibly accommodating and quick. I was thoroughly impressed and even more grateful for their support. Big shout out to Natalia and her team for coming up clutch for me last minute. Thank you again!
