Izzy provided amazing customer service! She welcomed me and my girls with a great sense of humor the moment we walked in. It’s always nice to feel valued when spending money, and she made sure of that. This was my first time at JD Sports, but it definitely won’t be my last!

I’ve been here plenty times and purchased many pairs of shoes but I feel I’ve made my last purchase at this particular establishment. I had an issue with a pair of shoes that i purchased just recently and went to address that issue but was met with a young associate and I’m assuming the manager who were very rude to me and went on a power trip for whatever reason. They treated me like I was less than and it bothered me because we look alike smh.. needless to say the issue wasn’t resolved and I was stuck with a brand new pair of shoes that I essentially can’t wear. I reached out to customer service, they were no help since they stopped responding and now I’m well passed the return date. But it’s cool, I know now that I will probably never step foot into this store again.

My experience was horrible. I didn’t get greeted or help getting my size. We waited around for about 10 mins. I ended up buying my shoes from foot locker!

Management is nice but good grief they need to go the AC! In a heat wave they haven’t fixed the AC in I don’t know how long?!?! Makes it hard to even wanna shop, I’m uncomfortable and don’t even wanna try on shoes nor spend my money in that furnace! It’s been too long they need to fix it otherwise they’ll continue to lose money to their competitors!! Take some pride in your company for crying out loud. The employees shouldn’t even have to sell shoes in these conditions let alone a consumer trying to shop!

Your employees are undoubtedly dedicated to your company since they are working in unbearable heat!!
As a first time customer in JD’s Plantation, I could not bear the heat any longer than the 30 minutes in your store. Floor fans are not enough for your customers nor staff.
This is South Florida. Simply close the store until you fix the A.C.
Remember, always take care of your employees and they will take care of you and most importantly your customers!!

First of all, let me just say...the staff is amazing but the store itself could use some serious work! To live in south FL in 90-100 degree weather and having to go inside of a shoe store that feels just as hot as it is outside is LUDICROUS! How can one focus on shopping in that ridiculously, overheated environment when it is merely impossible to think or find what you want/ need due to the heat causing delirium?! I'm pretty sure according to the Better Business Bureau and Florida Labor Laws that this store would be deemed as unacceptable working conditions, but of course it wouldn't matter to corporate because all they ever care about are sales! Employees can't make sales, consumers can't buy, and inventory can't be stocked if everyone is passed out! I feel so bad for the employees who have no choice but to continue working there in those conditions to make ends meet despite being on the verge of passing out! It is imperative that something is done to rectify this issue OR ELSE! Please do not respond back and ask me to reach out to customer service because I know for a fact that nothing will be done to accommodate my near death shopping experience!

I wish I had more positive things to say considering I am a semi regular shopper ,who gives referrals quite often but for my last few trips to the store there has been a persistent …… dare I say lack of air quality. This is the third time I have come to visit and been greeted with extreme heat, it makes the shopping experience unbearable. I could barely focus on anything other than wanting to leave. I hope they resolve this issue promptly. I am merely a shopper but it must be even more miserable for the workers who have to deal with that environment for hours.

I went to the store looking for some shoes, the shelf had one price and the shoe had another, when I told the manager, he asked the price of the shoe and said you have to pay for that whether you like it or not, very bad service, he treats the customers badly. employee and overcharged me, he didn't want to return the label that was on the shoe so I could report them to the city.

If I could give a O for the stars I would it was the worst customer service ever I had a girl trying to act like a man screaming at me in front of my 7 year old son she claimed to be the manager I went to the store to exchange a pair of shoes I won and they give me the wrong size in the box I got a 6 Y and a 7 y they are known for doing that mistake all I was asking for a exchange it refund for other shoes but she wanted to take it to the next level as well she was dress real unprofessional Tattos All over her neck arms body my son was like dad is that a guy or girl how loud she was screaming and raising her arms up and down as a professional manger I would of fixed the problem and corrected the right sizes for the shoes customer are the ones that are always right she needs to be thought better customer service and take anger management because of her jd lost a good customer I spend over $1000s at a time I hope to hear back from jd sports and they correct her for what she did thanks
