As I approached the store to pick up, not shopping but picking up 2 items, I was told that there were closed. There were only a couple minutes before 8 o'clock their store hours And I was denied access. This is Poor Customer service and I am a manager at a store myself. The red headed manager with the glasses didn't even acknowledge as the other salespeople told me that they were close.

Took my Mom for her first 5 Below experience...$40...dollars later I think she liked it..I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT STAFF OFFER TO RING OUT ELDERLY SHOPPERS THOUGH AS THEY ARE INTIMIDATED BY THE TECH AND SELF CHECK OUT....

I came to the store at 8:45pm and the door is locked? The sign clearly says 9pm. I see people walking around and I’m knocking. This associate gives me the gesture that they’re closed? I didn’t know that store is closed 15 minutes before the closing time. That is not good.

Large store, organized and clean. They offer a variety of items for $5 and less. Very good attention from the employees. I love how they greet you when you enter and the excellent manners they have when helping you pay for the products at the machines.
