At the counter where is the manager. This is the WORST footlocker service ever.. Go to Aventura the Best service always!! Love Aventura store. I don't recommend this location

So 1 week ago I came in looking to get new shoes for my son, this worker named Jay approached me. First of all he was completely rude to me and was not trying to help me. He also smelled like weed and called me names like the n word. All I wanted were new basketball shoes for my son, and I was disrespected by him for no reason at all. Completely horrible service DO NOT RECOMMEND!

For those who did not know, Foot Locker is one of the only remnants of the original F. W. Woolworth Company ("Woolworth's"), which used to be a large department store in the 60s, 70s and 80s. I stopped here to check on t-shirts and sneakers and most of their merchandise is Nike...almost 70% of it..... One of the guys asked me if I needed help, and he was very nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable....They had a great selection of sneakers with all kinds of colors and prices. I always like to do my research before making my final purchase, so this was a great stop.

Wasn't greeted upon entering the store or asked if I needed help, and the girl at the checkout counter kept calling me "mama." Only giving stars because they were the only store who had the shoes I was looking for.
